Great place to stay
280marilynon 17/05/2017 16:38Excellent accommodations. Very clean and roomy. We were in a suite and had ample room for our 4 day stay. Parking right outside your door. The breakfast was very good. Had both hot and cold food. People were more than accommodating. They did more than enough to make your stay enjoyable making sure that everything was all okay. We can not say anything bad about the place. We did not use the pool as we were to busy but it looked very clean and nice. Lots of security for your safety.
The Price was Right
othotraveleron 28/04/2017 22:58This was our second stay at the hotel. The first time we stayed two weeks but we're only there for 4 nights last week. We stay in one of the suites which are really like small apartments. There is a full kitchen, minus a dishwasher, and no baking dishes. The property is well kept and room was clean. They do need to do some updating of decor.
ABSOLUTELY WORTH THE PRICE
porquepineon 16/03/2017 00:02I was bit hesitant at first after seeing some of the negative reviews. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.
I checked in and was greeted immediately. I had a reservation for the Deluxe Suite. I was directed to the back of the property and was able to park our vehicle right next to the entrance of your room. No need to worry about climbing stairs! We checked into our suite and was very surprised! This is not a suite, this is an apartment! We had a very nice couch, recliner, flat screen TV (Bit small) and coffee table and side tables. There is a desk in the entry within reach of a electrical outlet on the wall. There is not a lamp on the desk, which is something I would recommend as the lighting appears to be pretty dim in the livingroom area. The space is also accompanied with a separate dining space with table and 4 chairs. The kitchen is a full size kitchen with full stove/oven and refrigerator. There is dishware and items you would want in the kitchen for cooking.
The bedroom is a kingsize bed that has a nice pillow top mattress. There is a dresser and two night stands in the room with lamps on each table. There is built in shelving in the room below the second TV that is on the wall. There is a very large bathroom with a very large shower. I would like to add that this shower is just that, a shower, it is not a tub, however- it would be very accessible for someone that is handicap and would require assistance in and out of a shower space.
There is a walk in closet in the master bedroom. This closet is not small, it is at least 8x6 and has more than enough shelving and hanging space.
The cleanliness of the space was very good and there was no strange smells upon check in to the room. I can not stress enough- for the price- you are getting a real good deal by staying at this hotel. I was going to stay at a more commercially known hotel and opted to try this one due to the living space that was advertised and I could not be more happier that I switched to stay with them.

Bev Won 15/02/2017 20:35Outstanding place to stay with plenty of activities. The people here for the most part are the friendliest in any park I've been. The park is beautiful. The classes are held with fun loving people. I'll be back.
Great place for rooms and celebration/conference space
k pon 15/11/2016 02:52We hosted 45 challenged sportsmen and their able-body companions for a 3 day weekend in October. Some of our committee members also rented rooms. We had hotel rooms and suites as well as the ballroom for the entire weekend. There are several handicap accessible hotel rooms as well as suites. Judi the hotel manager, worked with me to get all the room assignments set-up to make the check-in process as quick as possible for so many people. A few room assignments had to be changed at check-in due to special requests but it all ran smoothly. Amanda in the ballroom/catering department was also very helpful in making our arrangements. We couldn't have asked for better service from all of the staff. That's why our organization continues to come back to Victoria Palms Inn & Suites year after year.
