I guess it could have been a little more disgusting, but I don't see how. Dirty floor, dirty bed, sticky floor in the bathroom. Shady characters hanging around outside. As I was checking in, a woman in front of me whined when told her room was non-smoking. After a few minutes of griping about going outside to smoke, the desk clerk told her to go ahead and smoke in the room. Yes, really. Other than that, it was great. My wife would not even get in the tub. We slept in our clothes, and left at daylight the next morning. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

Absolutely the worse hotel!!! The smell was atrocious, roaches on the floor, dirty sheets and a very unsafe area. . It took about 2 minutes for us to decide that we would not stay there. Had booked for 2 nights, the attendant was rude and they would not refund money for either night.

This was by far the nasty hotel I ever went in. I booked with Travelocity and the hotel would not refund the hotel fees. Roaches in the room dead and alive! No toilet paper, There was a brown substance smeared on the wall and ceiling, wires hanging out of a receptacle, one receptacle was burnt. The smell was so bad I walked out side to talk to them about a refund. NO REFUND I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Summer Vaction came around and I went to EVERY place in town ALL OF THEM had expensive rates, except Victoriann Inn.
•Staff was great and friendly
•Rooms were FABULOUS & newly remodeled
•A/C was working great
•Yummy breakfast
•Quiet and peaceful
•Walmart and Restaurants within a mile
•Cheapest rates in town
Will come back!!!

Parking is adequate, well lighted and in a safe area of town. My room was clean with new carpet, flat panel tv and new bedding. The "comfortable chair" in my room had some age and wear, but I was only there so sleep so I didn't use it. My room had a stacked microwave/refrigerator although I used neither during my stay. The bath fixtures were clean and functional.
Overall an acceptable place for an inexpensive stay.
