It's a clean and nice hotel with excellent rooms overlooking the mountains. We went during the off-season and the hotel was not crowded and the service was really good. The food was fabulous especially the breakfast. Good 4 star like amenities at a 3 star price so totally worth the money.

We book this hotel for one night at the time of check inn we book same room for three night and they agreed next day morning the ask us to checkout because they don't have rooms not only us also other guests because of high demand on that day they book the room in higher price.Strongly recommended didn't stay in this hotel

Break fast had very little variety, wifi ( not provided), extra beds, Razais and water bottles were supposed to be given to us since we booked extra bed in our room. Despite booking extra beds for children.small room was given, there was no lift in the hotel. We had to go to the fifth floor with children multiple times a day, TV was not working properly in the room, Food was ordinary. Without requesting and pleading they wont give anything. Infact the staff argued that fruit baskets etc was not in the booking. We took a print out and gave it to them. Then they apologized. They dont even know what is booked by each customer and dont refer to the bookings made. Everything you have to ask . Manali is beautiful but this experience at victory was not so pleasant.

One of the best hotels of manali. Specifically if you want to enjoy yourself in your own company then is is the perfect place.
Was there for 3 nights and got everything perfect.
It is bit away from the main mall road of manali so the you can have peace and calmness. The view from balcony is the Himalayan ranges full of snow which will refresh your mind. I was given a room from where the river water sound was audible which makes you feel close to the nature.
It serves the best food. Good quality, best to taste and enough quantity.
Really the hotel has given both of us a nice memory for life time expect it forgot to give us our honeymoon cake.

I was given this Hotel as an alternative to my existing booking with Cleartrip. This Hotel is about 2.5 kms away from the Mall road. The upper floor rooms have a good view of the valley, mountains and a nearby stream. The food at the Hotel is good and the staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Overall the service is excellent and I would highly recommend this Hotel.
