We stayed here as a couple for 4 nights. We really liked the nice staff, the good breakfast and especially the wellness area (sauna, steamroom, red light sauna). The rooms itself were ok, the bathroom and the equipment more than enough. The only downside was the bed. Just one small pillow and the mattress way to hard and the bed itself is framed with wood which makes it uncomfortable to sit on. We both had a little pain in our backs after only two nights.

We stayed there with my husband for a weekend. Our room was clean, hotel staff was always helpful and friendly, the saunas are in good condition and also the breakfast was rich and tasteful. My only complaint is that we were put into smoker's room although we're both nonsmokers. I didn't know that I needed to specify which type of room I prefer, it wasn't mentioned anywhere. Otherwise the communication via email or personal one in english was fluent and quick. I'd definitely recommend this hotel for realxing wellness stay in Vienna.

This hotel is far away from any sights, restaurants or shopping. Although there is a restaurant in the hotel it was only fair. Although the rooms had been recently remodeled it didn’t have much ambiance. It appears that they cater to sporting events. I did not find the staff very friendly or helpful. These accommodations were set up by our group tour company.

We spent lovely 3 days in your hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful, room was great and clean. Especially loved the big bathroom. :)
The pool area with the saunas was also nice, just enough for what we needed. Pool was open early in the morning, my fiance could go down swimming before breakfast.
Food was great too, just enough choice, however I felt a bit cold due to air-condition, but I took a sweater next morning. :)

The hotel is very beautiful. The swimming pool is in hot weather very refreshing, a lot of choices by the breakfast (very tasty), good location to the underground (cca 200 m to the U3), lovely personal, tidy room with modern furniture, high comfort.
