The place is centrally located not far off from Railway station.
ideal to stay for 1 day or shorter duration.
The breakfast is served on top floor more or less terrace converted into enclosed room type quite spacious though needs improvement.
The quality is average
However no issue within a throw away distance very good Vegetarian hotel is available.
As regards other amenities it can be said tolerable. Phone call room service is horrible however.

I stayed in room no.202 yesterday with my friends on 30.05.2017. I was not provided with the complementary breakfast. We were told to go to fifth floor, then the receptionist told us to stay in the room and again they told us to go to the fifth floor. More than 40 minutes they played this drama. The bearer in the fifth floor was very arrogant, used very bad language and finally the food was not provided to us. The rooms were very dirty with stain and foul smell. Totally unexpected very bad experience. Tariff is also very high which is not worth. The air conditioning was also not working in the room.

I stayed in this hotel on 24th May. Though the charges are at par with business hotels, this hotel is not having luxurious facilities. They need to improve the facilities. Room service and house keeping services were good.

The location of the hotel was good. The appearance of the hotel was very nice.
The check in and check out was done on time. Good location (Annapoorna restaurant and A1 Chips nearby).
Car parking can be better.
The service of the staff in the hotel was friendly and helpful.Service even at late night was admirable. The room in the hotel was spacious and it was well maintained with all basic amenities in working condition. I did not eat food at this hotel. There were no activities in the hotel.
I will recommend this hotel for upcoming travellers.

It used to be a decent place to stay but not anymore. We stayed just for a day and had booked two rooms. The bed had cockroaches and we had to get the toilets cleaned again.
It's expensive for the kind of rooms and facilities they offer. The food was just average.
