I stayed at the blue condo with balcony for two nights. The condo was very spacious, but not that clean and I didnt know that they didnt provide amenities. Not so many people around considering it wasnt winter. But it was a nice and quite place to enjoy my short getaway moment.

I stayed at this resort for one night. Our Room was very spacious , clean and bed is comfortable.Breakfast was nice and have many kind of food .Service staff were very professional. It would be difficult if you don't have a car to travel in this area

Not so many hotels staff know about this place, therefore you have to put efforts to plan your trip well. Here is my experienced:
Check bus schedule to jangpyong from seoul, don't be late as you will have to wait for the next day. Bus schedule runs in the morning until afternoon at 02.00 pm, no more schedule to jangpyeong after that.
From seoul you can go to Nambu bus station easily by subway or bus but i don't know the number. From Nambu bus station you have to buy ticket to jangpyeong ( remember to mention it properly since similiar with other area) time travel approx 2hours. Arrived at jangpyong you can wait for shuttle to phoenix resort for free. You can mingle with the others to make sure the shuttle. That is the most affordable way to go to phoenix resort from seoul city.
Please bring your toiletries as the resort didn't provided. Snow quality is very good but 90% is artificial even in the winter season.

I stayed in this hotel after doing some skiing activities with my friends . I stayed at blue condo with balcony. It was so cold at that time so didn't use the balcony at all.
This hotel has heated floor and Traditional rooms with futon beddings.
Toilet was small and no room to move just the toilet bowl and a place to bath and No toiletries.
But there are restaurant and store near the hotel which are very convenient and bowling alley too!

Very disappointed with this hotel. We stayed at blue condo quad room. The furnishings are very dated. No floor rug and shower curtain in both toilets therefore the toilet gets wet and slippery after every shower. No toiletries at all and towels are very small. The queen bed is too soft. The price I paid for (SGD460) is not worth it at all.
