I booked this hotel with a package deal which included breakfast and access to their thermal baths for my family for a 1 night stay. It was a very enjoyable stay:
- The hotel was very clean
- Staff very friendly and correct
- The thermal bath clean, spacious and very relaxing
- Our rooms with 28 m2 was very spacious and comfortable
- The breakfast buffet was very extensive with lots of good food to choose from.
Only minus was their restaurant, which has a somewhat outdated and boring interior and also their waiters are somewhat slow. I recommend eating in their cafe which has a nice view on their patio.

Luxury Hotel with one of the best spa of Spain. Room was very comfortable and romantic
The restaurant is also a luxury, the food was delicious and the dessert outstanding
It's near to the town where you can find another restaurants also with tipical Spanish dishes

Relaxing, comfy beds, yummy breakfast and pretty town. I would say two nights are more than enough. The town is nice for a little walk but it can get boring. The spa is decent and looked after too but as I said.. 2 days max and it will be a nice weekend out :)

Good installations and a set time for children in the Spa which is good for all concerned.Comfortable rooms and very attentive staff.However,despite the banquet hall being beautifully decorated for New Year's Eve dinner it was brightly illuminated with fluorescent lighting completely banishing any sense of intimacy.(this is also the case in the restaurant ).The service in this case also left much to be desired with one half of a couple being served well before the other and remains of food being scraped from plates while one of us was still eating.We spent New Year 4 years ago in another "Castilla Termal"of the same chain in Burgo de Osma and had the best experience ever -nothing like this one .Burgo de Osma is also a much more picturesque village.Fine for a couple of days relax but would not recommend for a romantic New Year's Eve

Hotel is very nice. Rooms are excellent with good but hard beds, airconditioning, safe, strong wifi, minibar and windows that open wide. Soundproofing could but better however, as language skills of the personell (although they are very friendly and will go out of their way to accomodate you) execpt at the reception where English was excellent. Cleanliness of the rooms is also to be recomended.
The swimming pool is very nice but the water is very, very cold
The spa is only a poolarea with several pumps for different ways to enjoy water spilling over you, however the water is pumped up and supposedly very healthy.
Surroudings of the hotel is nothimg much
