The friendly and helpful staff, and very good food in the restaurant (they do a fantastic set menu with wine) makes up for the rather drab setting that is some what out of the centre and rather basic rooms

Had a lovely one night stay in this hotel . Arrived early as check in is not until 3pm . But the man on reception was very accommodating and helped us . He gave directions to the beach and shops . On return that evening we were greeted by a lovely clean room and a comfortable bed . Slept very well with no noise disturbances . Next morning breakfast was great . Croissants were delicious as well as the cappuccino made by the lovely lady serving . I would recommend to stay in this hotel . Very good price and the staff were great . Will visit and tell friends to stay here again .

We stayed here one night. An old-fashioned hotel located about ten minutes walk from the center of Oristano.
Very little English spoken. Room was fairly large and the bed comfortable but we couldn't make the A/C work when we needed it in the middle of the night. Bathroom needed some updating. Buffet breakfast was adequate but not exciting. Plenty of on-street parking. Road noise when the window was open because the A/C didnt work

We stayed in Oristano for six nights. And this Villa delle Rose made our stay practical and fun.
What makes this hotel special is the friendly staff: Enrico and Ema will do there utmost to make your stay pleasant. Questions, tourist information and travel details. Everything with a smile and real interest!
The breakfast is enough, also here: the difference is the staff. The second cappuccino for my wife came almost without asking.
The room was comfy, and the bathroom was spacious. My wife said: we can have a party in here. We didn't.

Welcome was efficient and polite, rooms clean and comfortable although the bathroom fittings could do with updating. Breakfast was OK, and it was a little disappointing that there were no tea making facilities in the room. Late evening drinks were served with a smile! Wifi was fine in our room. Quiet location but a good 10 minute walk down to the town.
