My husband and I spent three nights at Villa Gaia Hotel during our Sicilian honeymoon. The hotel's location was perfectly set across from the beach with beautiful sunset views from our terrace. A ten minute walk from town, we could enjoy all that Cefalu had to offer without any noise disturbances at night. The hotel breakfast was perfect, rooms were clean and spacious, and the free beach access with use of chairs and umbrella was handy. I would absolutely recommend staying at this boutique-like hotel!

This hotel is right on the beach promenade within steps of a wide sandy beach and plenty of seafront restaurants. It is also a quick 5-10 minute walk to the historic center of Cefalu which is amazing. The best part is that there is parking in a private lot and it is easy to drive to! (relatively speaking). I had some serious driving/parking issues in Cefalu before I found this hotel so if you're driving, this will be the place to stay. I left my car in the lot and then just walked everywhere! This hotel was very clean, super friendly, and my room was huge. There was a nice breakfast as well. Their "internet was down" so they forced me to pay cash for the stay but otherwise it was a really great place.

nice Hotel, nice location and wonderful people, compliments to everybody but particularly to Miss Sarah that knows very well how to work, she is lovely. Always like that, never change yourself! See you on June 2018

We had booked a front suite ( a larger room with put up bed and then full bed) with lovely long balcony facing the sea. Great to hear the waves during the night. It is about 15 mins level stroll to the town - the promenade is nice above the beach and with some cafes on the other side. The breakfast was ok- a reasonable choice of cold dishes both savory and sweet. Coffee was a bit slow and came from machine. The bathrooms were well equipped although we did not work out how to use the features of the jacuzzi in the shower! Reasonable value. We loved the town very much.

A small friendly hotel.
Positive:
+ Friendly, welcoming staff, the lady in the reception spoke perfect English
+ Clean, the whole hotel seems to be new or newly refurbished
+ Big private fenced parking, free of charge
+ Good breakfast
+ Location: 75 m to the beach, 10 min walk to the Corso in th eold town
+ Fast, free WiFi
+ Many power outlets, even one USB charger!
Negative:
- Limited sea view from most rooms (the suites shave balconies towards the sea)
- Complicated login to the WiFi: The password is only valid for 24 h and one device. (You get as many passwords as you need though.)
