Lovely Hotel in Beautiful Location
Joe Eon 14/11/2017 21:33The hotel is in a beautiful and quiet location that is reasonably close to Florence. The rooms were lovely with gorgeous views. The staff were cordial and would try to accommodate guest needs. The Wi-Fi service was incredibly poor when it was working, and it often was not working. This was hard to accept from such a highly rated hotel.
Wonderful retreat in stunning surroundings
suecurtis1on 11/10/2017 13:25We have just returned from a 3 night break here.Staff are warm and very welcoming.The location, building and grounds are beautiful.Our room was lovely and elegantly decorated and although we were close to the main road traffic noise was not an issue.A free shuttle bus is offered to Florence but needs to be booked the day before or it is a 90 euro taxi ride.We did both and the taxi was actually a private luxury car.Both drivers were engaging,giving us wonderful information about our surroundings and where to go once we arrived in Florence centre.Breakfast has an ample choice and is served in a beautiful area of the villa.We also had evening meals which were wonderful and the staff, and manager Giovanni were attentive,warm and friendly.We look forward to returning.
Relaxing retreat

Rooms are nice. Breakfast is too die for with staff being very polite. Spa centre is good with a sauna steam room and outdoor pool. Views from all around the location are good
Great for a couple of days to get away from it all. American tourists seem to like this place to.

Nice hotel in beautiful countryside near Ferrari race track

It is an historic building recently restored and the decor is modern, elegant and very tasteful. The food was high quality and very well prepared, very good attentive service, we enjoyed our stay very much, everything was just right , the place peaceful and relaxing, especially the breakfast served in the beautiful gardens , just lovely. I would definitely return. Also comfortable to visit Florence
Ps The hotel is close to Mugello Ferrari race track, you can hear the cars roaring on the road from the hotel when it is in use which it was when we stayed at the hotel.

Staff warm welcome and greeting from reception.
Our room was very well appointed.
Gym has basic equipment but sufficient.
Boutique small spa.
Breakfast buffet help yourself.
Good waiter a breakfast he was funny.
Dinner very limited choice and don't change the menu or rotate menu on different days very often, so if you stay two nights it's the same food. Restaurant food just ok.
Overall pleasant stay.
