Lovely place close to the beach good bedroom size and toilet, with spa and fantastic staff, I was there for just a night but I liked very much , close to the train station if you want to visit Naples .

Only stayed one night and went all out and booked an executive suite. Brilliant views of the sea, with a very long balcony to sit on and enjoy it. Spacious lounge with a modern kitchen and large fridge. Bedroom again spacious and very modern with lots of storage space. Bathroom very big with a double shower. Everything felt extremely luxurious and as we booked it out of season so didn't spend loads, really made us feel rich!
The gym let it down slightly as equipment was not modern at all, if you're a keen gym goer, then you will be disappointed. We couldn't even find the light switch. However the spa was fantastic. Being off season, the evening and morning we used it we had it to ourselves - it opens early and stays open until 22:00. Spoilt for choice with saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs, salt caves. All made to look like you're inside a cave. And unlimited free fancy teas!
There was a lovely, private courtyard to relax in outside with seats and tables. The restaurant was a 20 second walk down the road where again, had lovely, fun staff. Food was phenomenal at a price you just don't get in England so was more than happy with the meal. The breakfast was within the hotel and was a standard buffet with a kind gentleman making fresh coffee for you.
The next night we were staying in a hotel closer to the airport and the receptionist kindly booked this for us (it was a last minute decision when we discovered you can't sleep at the airport) and also booked us a reduced rate taxi from a friend.
I really couldn't be happier with this hotel and will return to Naples solely for the hotel next year.

I was here for a napolitan wedding and spent a few days. The hotel is nice and they offer a parking for free. The Spa is nice with a whirlpool, steam bath and sauna. Brakefast was good - especially a very good coffee. Well I am fine with a good italian coffee and a croissant, both tasty.
The Staff was friendly and the room was clean. A hotel of the same category in Switzerland or Germany would be in a better "optical" shape. But this is Napoli and not Frankfurt or Zürich.
50m is a good bar for a coffee and a drink, 75m is a Restaurant and Pizzeria, the beach is 100m away over the street.
There is a lot to discover in the surroundings - including the active volcanic fields. The next outbrake is more likely here than at Vesuvio.

Stayed here again this April in a mini apartment which suited us perfectly. Large walk in shower, bedroom and lounge area with mini kitchen and balcony. Once again all the Villa Luisa staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful and we look forward to visiting them again soon.
The position is terrific, very close to the railway station and various shops and restaurants. The walk around the lakes is very pleasant too. The local beach leaves a little to be desired though! The hotel's sun terrace is a definite plus.
Our only picky point and hence not a five star rating is a lack of attention to detail. For example the fridge is stocked with various drinks etc but there was no bottle opener, there were no cups or glasses and only one set of cutlery. The very helpful staff provided anything we asked for but it would have been nicer if we hadn't had to ask. Minor problems though and easily sorted.
I speak as someone who has worked in the hospitality industry for over 40 years and can highly recommend the Villa Luisa to anyone visiting the area.

The rooms are really large and nice. The staff is very helpful with any request you might have.
There is a gym (a very old and small one, but there are basics). There is a wellness area, which is quite fine (but no more than that).
There is no outside pool, but you get a discount to a huge beach club on the beach, which is really nice. You pay for everything, but it's not expensive. The hotel is a minute from the beach area. The public beach is really bad, so pay for the beach club.
The area as a whole is not anything special, but Villa Luiza is the best if you are there anyway. The price (about EUR 100 per night) makes it a good deal.
