Simply wonderful. Consistently good, very helpful staff ,the best breakfast and a location second to none. Busride to Venice simpl, fast and uncomplicated. Only half an hour from Piazzale Roma and main railway station

This was a very pleasant place to stay. The style and decoration is very beautiful. Great place to relax after walking in Venice. There is a bus stop very close to the Villa and only a 25 min trip to Venice.

The hotel was really comfortable, staff really friendly and it was in a great location to visit Padua and Venice. The bus stop is right outside and you can get tickets straight from the hotel. Good shower too.

Nice venue, really comfortable beds, but expected more of the rooms given the price and pictures from the web. The hotel shares restaurant and pool with the sister hotel 800 meters away. In reality of no help when staying there. Given that they even include pictures of the pool in the email confirmation, it is easy to feel a bit "cheated". On the positive side, the staff is very helpful and the breakfast was good.

romantic location with beautiful rooms and marvellous garden, had one of our best seafood dinner ever in the restaurant of the partnerhotel villa dei francheschi, which we can really recommend. we'll come back again
