Stayed overnight......and as has been said in other reviews, this is a tired resort hotel that needs some serious money injected into it. But this will not happen because not enough people use it. So the owner just makes do with the broken curtain tracks, broken shower screens, knackerd shower heads and mixers, dodgy toilet water cistern and so on.
What got me was the young fair haired male teenager who runs the bar spent more time sitting outside smoking and using his smart phone when he should have been really attentive to the clients waiting in the bar. If I was the manager I would have kicked his backside from here to there.
However the front desk staff were absolutely super and I 'would' stay here again solely because it is not expensive and suffices for that "stop over" need.
Nearly all the other reviews are 'spot on' and give a very clear picture of what to expect so no surprises.

This hotel was terrible... with bug... Tick in my Bed!!!!!!! the water was no hot... and nobody present sorry about this situation! This is not a real 4 stars... for a country of Europe. I hope this situation change.

Although this hotel has many of the short - comings noted in other reviews - really this is an ideal place to stop over if travelling in late into Comiso Airport, or gathering yourself for leaving Sicily after business or pleasure. The attached well being centre - although priced separately from the Booking Com offers, is well worth the extra 20 Euros for a delightful internal pool, emotional shower (always makes me at least smile!!') pebble stimulants for tired feet, super Roman style steam room and spacious and very clean Sauna. There are also good surfaced tennis courts to enjoy and an outdoor pool - though I didn't use that preferring to absorb the calm and refreshment of the well being centre.
The dining room is very clean, and although the service was well below what one would expect from a 4 star in the UK is really pretty much on a par for the rest of Sicily which generally has not had the customer service element as high on the training agenda as needed - something for their trade associations/ Tourist boards to consider addressing. The menu is fine and the food I ordered - a pasta and a delicious Sicilian lemon based dessert was lovely. I felt beautifully restored and relaxed to take the quich connection (provided by the hotel) to the airport a mere 5 minutes drive down the road - so no worries there.
Definitely the place to use when travelling in and out of Comiso - (Ryan Air mainly) to access the Ragussa Region.

Apparently an old resort, no kettle in the rooms to make a tea or coffee,ok breakfast but nothing special, no pool bar to get a drink at the pool which was not very clean by the way, you would have to get your towel from the room before you head to there and really really bad wifi signal in the rooms.

Very clean rooms and very spacious
Close to the airport of comiso
Restaurant has good quality food choice
Mussel soup was great
Breakfast is included and good
Wifi is free and ok
