Unfortunately we only stayed for a night. The staff was there to welcome us when we checked in late at night, they were extremely friendly. There was parking space for our car.
Beautiful hotel, amazing location. The grounds of the hotel were immaculate.
The breakfast and the whole service during breakfast were excellent. The eggs/omelets and the cake were delicious.
I would highly recommend this hotel, not only because of the many things you can do there (tennis, swimming pool, walking) but also because of the friendly staff and the great location.

Very friendly, informative and helpful from the time of our booking till we left. We're constantly on what's app with them when we drove to their place from Firenze. Went to the beautiful town of St Gimignano the first day and picked up some wine, had it in our room enjoying the sweeping Van Gogh views from our window. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant. It is a must. My spinach, cheese and dried grape salad was Wow. Next day breakfast was a visual treat. One of the best enjoyed breakfasts in our central Italy trip. The freshly made cakes were scrumptious. Walked around the area to the San Lucchese church. Sunday was busy. Drove to Volterra and Siena and reluctantly left our abode to proceed further. We could soak in the bathtub after the walking and climbing you do in the Medieval towns and they also brought us a coffee maker to our room for our morning tea.

We've stayed in a lot of hotels before but never had such fantastic service as soon as we arrived.
The staff were absolutely brilliant and spoke fantastic English. Every morning we were given a new itinerary for the day which never disappointed in terms of spectacular views, scenery and adventures.
Breakfast was good and we were always offered fresh eggs (unfortunately I didn't know the Italian for being intolerant to them so had to politely decline however my husband assured me they were delicious). The morning coffee was great and certainly woke you up!
The restaurant was equally as good and we were always warmly welcomed in. Both the food and wine on offer was always delicious.
The room was beautiful, high ceilings a lovely bathroom and a great view. Despite being woken up by the bells at the convent every morning we did get a good night's sleep.
Everywhere in the hotel was immaculately clean and tidy and even in winter the gardens were well maintained.
We preferred the slightly out of town location and enjoyed the 15-20 minutes walk into town however as the hotel is on a hill some nights walking back up it were somewhat tiring and I definitely couldn't have done it in heels!
By the end of our stay we felt that we were leaving family behind and can't wait to come back.
Thank you for a wonderful holiday. We really couldn't have asked for more.

I can't wait to go back! We spent 4 nights there but next time we will spend more. Great place to stay right in the middle of everything. The staff is amazing and the view priceless. The pool is beautiful.
