I described this already in your review, but to recap quickly. Poor rooms: unable to sleep for first night and stench in other room I was moved to. Poor food (got burnt ribs), not the most friendly staff.

First appearances of this hotel were lovely except not enough parking in the car park so we had to park on the street.
Bedrooms (we paid to upgrade) were lovely, clean and very modern. Although walls are very thin, we were up at 7am as next door were talking loudly and it felt as though they were in our room with us, rest of corridor seemed quiet so a gap between wgen quiet would be helpful.
Breakfast was stone cold and inedible. Really really awful. We have stayed in st davids and this was fab so this was such a let down that we had been looking forward too. Noone asked how our food was. We left and went to find a cafe which a HOT breakfast.

It was good value for money if you find a good deal on the internet. The rooms were nice, clean and tidy. The staff in the Village Grill were good and friendly. The only problems were waiting to be checked in - their Wi-Fi was too slow and a special request of a bottle waiting in the room was met even though it was already paid for.

the room was quite dated, bathroom mirror had not been wiped, bathroom floor not swept there where toe nail clippings on the floor, one tea bag and two small cartons of milk!! all basics that you would expect a hotel like this to take care of, we had already booked a table in the restaurant otherwise I would not have eaten there, however the food was very nice tables on the outside and the kitchen area in the middle on full view, and the hotel did have nice friendly staff, but due to the presentation of the room I would not stop here again

Recently stayed here Friday & Saturday for the Xmas markets & visiting a friend. The hotel had everything we needed and we would recommend the breakfast which was excellent. The staff are very attentive, helpful & friendly. Overall, a 9/10. 😊
