This residence is lovely, located not far away from great cities, sightseeing and beaches of Sardegna (Castelsardo, Sassari...about 50km from La Pelosa beach and Asinara island). There is a swimming pool, local beach is about 50m from the hotel but is not as great as other beaches (with white sand) in Sardegna. There is also a restaurant with delicious food. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Location itself is suitable for travelles with car as the residence is located quite far from any city/shop/other restaurants....The equipment in our room was basic and some of it was quite old (small shower-corner didn't seal well, so there was a small water leakage after we took a shower). On the other hand, cleanliness was good.

The hotel is definitely old and neglected.
Rooms small, bathrooms too small and NO maintenance gardens.
Breakfast with poor quality food (you have to pay even the cappuccino) e Wifi only near the reception are depressing.
The pool is dangerous for young children because 3 Mt. deep and there are no areas dedicated to them (with the exception of a small, old playground under the pine trees).
Absolutely NOT recommended for families (ESPECIALLY ROOMS ON THE SECOND FLOOR).
No air conditioning forces you to leave the windows open for the happiness of mosquitoes. There is not even the mini-bar...
The staff is very friendly but can not do miracles.
Time and money wasted.

It was a lovely place to stay. We stumbled upon it and were pleased it was still open at the end of September (a lot of places close). Our room had wonderful views of the sand dunes and ocean (though some rooms may not have sea views) and was so close to the beach. The two owners are lovely too, it's listed as a B&B but has quite a hotel feel about it.

We arrived in the late afternoon without reservation, the personnel was very friendly and helpful and gave us a very nice suite with sea view. The breakfast was good and diverse, not like other BBs which give you only sweet collazione. Nice beach and park too. We recommend it.
