Great value for money. Great location for bars and restaurants. It has parking which is needed they also take your car and bring it to the front of the hotel when you leave. Very clean. Worthy of 5 star status

Very good location near (but not too close!) to cafés, bars and restaurants.
Clean room and common areas with a nice aroma throughout. (For sale in reception, my wife tells me.)
In our room, we had comfortable beds and nice big towels plus shampoo & conditioner (unlike another reviewer).
Had room service which was both fast & delicious!
Waiter was helpful too.
Front desk staff was helpful.
They called a taxi which arrived in 2 minutes!
Only areas for improvement would be A/C, which was very weak, and bath is very narrow, even for me, a fairly skinny guy and took 20 minutes plus to fill!
Recommended. Good value especially for a city centre hotel.

Fine New hotel not far from old Granada as well as on the edge of one of the city menu areas for bars and restaurants. Fine rooms. The hotel also has a small but correct fitness room. The hotel has a parking (additional cost), that anyway should be booked in advance. When there is no free place, they offer a concerted parking not far away.

We had a lovely stay here. The hotel is in easy reach of the attractions but away from the bustle in a beautiful tree-lined road. Breakfast was excellent. The bed (twins pushed together) was extremely comfortable and the room, although not particularly large, was clean and well-furnished. The hotel is very close to an airport bus stop, a big plus since the bus is cheap and reliable. No kettle in the room though. We took our own.

Overall a positive experience but not likely to return. Breakfast room lovely, good food, and staff mostly friendly and helpful. Front-desk staff (except for the younger man) unfriendly and rude - check-in not pleasant, no greetings when you walk by, etc. Room was nice with view into trees. Toiletries lacked any lotion or conditioner which I would normally expect from a 4* hotel. Shower needs to be re-grouted as mold is visible. Room had strong air freshener smell upon entry which I didn't really like or need. Overall an ok experience but for the money would not return
