Two of us stayed at the hotel purely because of location and really wished we hadn’t! When you enter the foyer it all looks pleasant but the room we were allocated had a huge stain on the floor and two tiny bed pillows. We went to reception to ask the way to the bar only to be told that it was closed as they were too busy and that we would have to use the cafe. We went to sit at the back of the cafe where the football was on, only to be told that we had to sit at the front as they busy - no one was there while we were there! I ordered a cheese and ham toaster from the menu and was told that they had no toasting bread as they over ordered the previous day. My partner ordered a Port only to be told that they had run out and were not allowed to reorder. We went to the room to have a drink from the minibar but found that to be completely empty. The advice here is do not book this hotel - there is one down the road which is 100 times better.

The hotel is a not so far from the airport and provides what a 5 stars hotel must provide.
Professionalism of staff, clean and spacious room etc
I'm reccomending this hotel for those pass by Lisbonne.

Location was good, a little farther from downtown than expected.
Hotel was spotless and staff was friendly and helpful and knew English.
Enjoyed our stay.
Parking was 12 Euros per day.
Breakfast was 20.00 Euros per day so we ate across the road in bakery/coffee shop. Juice, sandwich and coffee for 2.50 Euros!

So I visited on business and to be honest having stayed in lots of 5 star hotels was expecting a better service.
Check in was brisk but no added value in terms of a map timed of meals local hotspots . Room is ok looks nice two single beds which I can accept. No coffee or milk in the room no working remote . Little things that you would not expect.
Breakfast buffet was nice . Staff not organised and actually no one smiles at you here or says hello . Evening meal buffet again was ok not exceptional .
I would stay again but have to say in terms of 5star rating I would question it ....

I stayed to this hotel and it was chosen to have a SPA
First of all, a review of the hotel
- big reception but cold and impersonal
- bad customer services: it was a long line at the reception and 2 persons: a guy who was having a very slow pace and a lady who was speaking over the phone with no intention to finish quickly and take care of the customers
- I wanted to eat something at 9.45 in the restaurant but they told they have a big group coming; I told them that I need only 15 minutes for a soup but they refused easy money. I stayed in the bar until 11 and there was no group at all and the restaurant was empty
- for the payment they charged me twice; I needed to wait one week to receive the money back
- the breakfast area is at the 1st floor and no sign to show you where is the breakfast; so for sure the first time you will look around for the place at the ground floor
- the breakfast poor: no choices for fruits; the eggs scrambled look terrible. The breakfast area looks like a canteen. There was guy serving who dropped some forks on the floor and he wanted to put them back in the place with clear ones. He only reacted when I told him that what he does is not ok
- room: the water should have been included; one day we found no water and we call the reception; they said no problem: they will bring the water but they will charge also for room service (of course I argue and they send the water with the additional cost)
- the drain in the bathroom was not working properly so it was an unpleasant situation to stay in the “dirty” water when having the shower
The SPA is nice, the ladies are very customs orientated, the creams they use amazing and the massage ladies very good
So I think the hotel should thank the SPA for having customers which are in reality coming for the SPA
Anyway you still can have the SPA treatments even if you do not stay at the hotel. It does not worth staying in this hotel
