We enjoyed the poolside apartment on the ground floor, which had everything we needed. Positives: Management were lovely and the blonde lady at reception was about the nicest person I’ve ever met. Air con worked really well which is a must! The pool was great. Great location with a short walk to everything. Outdoor setting was wonderful to sit at and have meals. Beds super comfy and house keeping came daily to tidy up which was nice. Negatives: For a luxury apartment which can sleep up to 8 ppl, there was not really enough room in the living area and the couch only fit 4 ppl. Next door building and the lift went up and down all day and was noisy and disruptive if you were outside trying to relax or read by the pool. In all it was a lovely place but I would probably look elsewhere next time.

Stayed for a week here. We were two families so stayed in the poolside penthouse which size wise can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Beds are comfy and the layout of the building is smart (not your usual Lego block configuration). Being by the lovely pool looking directly on to the esplanade was a treat. Being a short stroll to shops and amenities was great. There were however a couple of issues that stopped me from rating excellent: There was only 1 couch which while big could not seat more than 4 people at any given time. The remotes did not match the TV or DVD so they were useless and the enormous glass dining table, whilst pretty to look at was a nightmare to sit at as the glass top kept sliding off its pedestal which was also glass. I would be worried for families with small children being in this particular room. The cleaners were also a bit hit and miss. Some days we would get beds made, others not. The mirrors were also quite dirty with spots in a couple of the bedrooms when we arrived. That being said I would stay here again as I think the positives of these apartments far outweigh any negatives.
NB - There are new apartments under construction next door so if you have an aversion to any sort of building noise request accommodation on the south side. It's no ones fault this is happening but obviously it may impact on your relaxation.

We had an extended family trip to Cairns and chose to stay at Vision. I have to admit I did start getting twitchy when I read about the construction going on next door. Well....there is a big job going on but I have to say, it didn't impact our stay at all. We are from NZ so the 7 am start was like 10 am to us. We were up and about and getting ready to see the sights. I can imagine if you were on Queensland time it could affect your stay. The construction finishes at 3, so by the time we got in, it was all done. No impact whatsoever.
The apartments are lovely. We had a two bedrooms and had access to the balcony from
both bedrooms and the lounge. Two bathrooms came in handy with our girls now spending A LOT of time showering/preening themselves. It was a great space for a growing family. The complex is extremely secure, you need to use your fob to access the property, building and also the floors.
The location is tops. On the Cairns Esplanade you can wander down the road and have a huge array of restaurants to dine. Town centre is a few minutes stroll away. You can’t beat it. Location, location, location!
Now to the Management/Front of House people. Possibly the most helpful bunch of people I have EVER encountered. The live in managers have a couple of kids and even the kids were top notch in customer service - well trained. My kids wouldn’t be so personable and helpful to strangers. Management - your two boys were so helpful, give them a bit of extra pocket money this week:). Lisa, who fills in at front desk, you were so helpful throughout our stay and leading up to our stay. Thank you.
I would certainly recommend Vision Cairns to friends and family. It was awesome!

We had a family holiday at Vision Apartments in Cairns. We stayed in a deluxe 3 bed apartment which was large and spacious. The apartment was really well equipped with everything you could need. There was construction work going on next door but it didn't bother us too much as we were out most of the day. Vision is located on the esplanade and is very central for everything with lovely walk along the esplanade and close to restaurants and shops.

We had a beautiful family holiday at Vision Cairns, the apartment was beautiful. Air conditioning in every bedroom and living area plus fans, laundry, and really well equipped kitchen. We had a view from the 2nd floor overlooking pools, gardens and a little bit of the Esplanade.Vision was really close to everything, lovely walks along the Esplanade & Close to shops and restaurants. Sure there's a building going up next door but didn't impact on our holiday at all. Thanks Vision Apartments.
