This property is conveniently located in the middle of everything and 4 blocks away from the ferry terminal. Ocean view rooms are worth every penny, make sure you get the higher floors, since the avenue in front of it is super busy and bars are all around.
The front desk lady is vey friendly and welcoming, be aware that this hotel doesn’t have an elevator so it could be challenging hauling luggage to the upper levels.
Breakfast is enough with good selection of juice, sweets and coffee brought to your room from 5 am to 10 am, the two swimming pools.

We stayed her a few years ago and loved the Hotel and Location so much that we had a booking for this January, We ended up needing to cancel. Vista Del Mar was very understanding and worked with us to make that happen.

This hotel is located across the street from the ocean. It is very central to restaurants, dive boat piers and the ferry to Playa del Carmen. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and the maid staff was fantastic. You can hear road noise from the ocean view rooms so you should consider this if it may bother you. The breakfast included assorted breads, coffee and juice.

This was our 5th stay at this hotel. We love the location and the view (always opt for ocean view! ) The staff has always treated us like family and it keeps us coming back. The hotel is clean and quiet. We enjoy the coffee and sweet breads for breakfast and what a great whet to start the day! Love sitting on the balcony with my coffee, enjoying the view and watching the world come to life. Special thank you to Mai. You greeted us with hugs and smiles, talked to us every day about our plans or what we did. You were right, maybe next trip should be longer! So sad to say goodbye but I know we will be back. I loved that there is now a bar / restaurant right downstairs now. Others have said it was noisy but we did not have any issues with that at all.

This is a modest hotel located a stones throw from the cruise ship port. It is in the middle of shopping as well.
Out friend missed the cruise and had to fly to Cozumel and stayed here.
Rooms were excellent considering the price paid. This hotel was very well priced.
Would stay here again.
