advantages:
nice clean hotel with its own sand beach and very friendly personal. The beach is very cozy - nice sunbeds, sunshades, swimming pool. You also find bathrobes and slippers in the room. The hotel location is also very good - while raining we visited San-Marino, Rimini, Bologna. Hotel has free parking and really good Wi-Fi.
shortages:
- no chairs/table on the balcony
- very complicated TV usage with 3 remote controls
- inconvenient key from room door
- always mind curtains when open balcony door

The suites of this beachside hotel are all facing the sea so glorious sunshine most mornings in our bedroom. We were here so early in the season that there were just two rooms occupied the first night, no night receptionist and breakfast in the room the next morning because of the lack of guests. From the second night onwards, weekend, all was functioning in the normal way.
We had a problem with the room the first night but were given immediately another room without hesitation. The staff was very helpful, especially Ismael who is a great asset for the guests.
Wi-Fi works well, some fixtures like window joints and curtain gliders could be cleaner or repaired. Not many international TV channels except news, this in a day where all is available on satellite. 300+ Italian channels, 1 German, 1 French…. The cost of the food at the pool or in the restaurant is expensive but of good quality.
It was very quiet during our stay but I can imagine that during busier times and certainly in high season the asset of a good location on the beach becomes a liability because of the noise at the pool and the beach. Ideal for a quiet getaway outside the season or for Disco revellers in July and August.

Luxury hotel with professional services.
Nice room with sea view, own kitchen and big terrace.
All services was very very good and upper level.
Private beach with drink, fruit and more and service.
Very good cosine. small titbit with every drink.

Nice hotel, tastefully decorated. Cozy apartment, with terrace and sea view. Pool, wellness, bar etc. Good cuisine. Perfect and profesional services. Private beach.

The hotel was selected by using the following criteria: distance to the sea, parking lot, WiFi. We landed to Bologna, took a car and in two hours came to hotel. You know in August all places near the coast are full of cars. It was wise to book a hotel with a parking lot. The hotel is practically integrated to a beach and there is a swimming pool as an extension of the restaurant at the ground floor. Instead of sunbeds at the beach there are king size beds, rather creative and comfortable idea. Personal was very helpful, many thanks! Nice sunny weather was an excellent supplement to our stay.
