I still remember the hotel from the 1980 when it was the best in town. I came back to have a drink and look at the property. As said I knew it very well when it was still called Sport Hotel Fuhs.
To get a service took forever. Once I got my drink the waiter ask if I want to pay now. That in a 4 Star property me being the only guest. So I payd! On top he had no change and needed to go to the Reception.
What happened to this beautiful hotel????

Clean rooms, very good meals, extremely helpful stuff (we arrived very late at night, and Sebastian made sure they would prepare some food for us), private transfer to Brixen Gondola. Of course, great skiing inSkiwelt. You don't need much more, do you?

The hotel has been very satisfactory. The Personel is very friendly and helpfull. The family suites are spacious and all is clean. The food is good, although a bit on the salty side for our taste and well being. The salat buffet is excellent. Wifi is free and has a good speed.
Some remarks; The evening meai starts at 19:00 which is a bit late, especially for the children. In general the hotel looks a bit dated. Although evrything works, it looks like from end 80's, which it probably is.

Wellness, pool, spacious room and bathroom, cleanliness, restaurant with elaborate salad bar, breakfast buffet, diner menu, opportunities for biking, running, hiking, children's activities,... are all excellent here!

Tennis courts, I wish we had indoor courts like that in our club :)
Food was ok to good, the gala dinner on saturday evening was A+
We received a gift on christmas evening, nice gesture
Next to the sauna also a steam bath available which we enjoyed every night
Nice breakfast, tasty scrambled eggs
The hotel bus brought us to the pistes every day, the ski bus dropped us right before the hotel door, just ask the driver!

A toddler was making an awful lot of noise during the diners, running around, screaming, lying on the ground next to the buffet, we would have expected the management to have taken action as this was changing our romantic and relaxed evening into a nervous experience. We know it's not easy to do this, but one asocial family should not ruin it for all the others.
We asked for another table at the other side of the restaurant and this helped, maybe we should have asked for it earlier.
Too bad the last ski bus already leaves at 16h50, this made our après ski rather short.
We had a great stay for a good price/quality ratio and were charmed by the cheerful staff.
We will definitely come back. Hopefully we wil then also be able to have our dinners in a relaxed way, so we can give 5 stars.
