Stayed for 2 nights last weekend, it’s more of a business hotel than a leisure hotel. Crew is good, as one would expect from a Taj stable but not as customer friendly and focused as in the 80’s. I felt they were short staffed at the reception. They badly need to replace their existing wheelchair and buy few more. I had a tough time with wheeling the broken one they have now. Overall Taj service is good.

Everything was upto the mark, I had a great stay there. Staff makes sure that you are treated royally. Nice rooms, any assistance from any department on time, food Quality great. Staff was warm and approachable. So overall satisfied with service delivered.

We had gone to the hotel for a wedding followed by a reception. Overall very well organized. After the reception we met at the Coffee shop late night. The staff was extremely helpful and catered to our late night requirements happily....beverages, cheese platter etc. Great customer service. Well done guys.

I checked myself into this property even though all the other guests in my team went for another hotel. Since I used to stay in Taj properties, I needed good quality sleep and wanted the Taj quality. There was little reluctance since minor delay happened. I was dead tired and thought did I make a mistake, should have gone with the team, instead of spending more money out of my own pocket?.
After that initial slow start, everything rolled out to be the Best Taj experience as always. The stay was fantastic. After I check out, I got calls from them since I had left behind some of my clothing, which was also couriered to my address. They were very cordial. I took the right decision of staying with Taj. Will always do so.

Good-quality luxury hotel on the outskirts of the city, with good connectivity via City Metro. Very peaceful atmosphere, not very crowded. Also, good facilities for conferences.
Room service could be improved though (being more prompt)
