This is a very good hotel to stay for a family. Clean rooms.Good service.We, a group of women stayed in the hotel for 2 days and found like a homely place.The entire staff found helpful ,proper guidance and amicable.One of our occupant became very sick.The staff manager Mr. Hari helped us a lot to take the patient to hospital.We are very much thankful to Mr. Hari and the staff for the best treatment in emergency.We will definately would like to stay in V.K.Residency next time when we visit Tirupati.Thanks...From Mrs. Vidya Kulkarni.,Pune.

Rooms are not hygenic and it stinks.not a worth stay and bad toilets
Only good thing is very near to bus station. No clean bedsheets and pillows. Not a good hotel for your money. Not sure about food and parking

I have booked one family AC room for one day. Hotel is at very good location, near to bus stand. Room No 405 is very spacious for 4 persons and a child. Only one thing I suggest please install one Computer at front desk so the delay in check in can be avoided. Apart from this every thing was good. Staff is very helpful, Even we checked out in the morning and asked the Manager to keep our luggage at reception and they accepted very easily.

Not good for family,They have charged 1000 rs but it is not worthy.But locattion wise it is very near to tirupathi Bus station.Room cleanliness is not up to mark.
But for average budget this hotel will be good.

Good hotel ,
They have a joint restaurant, which have good food.
It's nearby bus station and train station ,so its convenient.
Rooms are good,
And service are good to.
They also provide car for if needed
