jacquelinehargreaveson 14/09/2017 22:02This hotel is expensive, there is no avoiding that. It's clean and has an excellent breakfast with staff who are very professional. The rooms were air conditioned and cleaned to a high standard. Only one fly in the ointment. The roof top bar. Why say it's open all evening then go to reception and say it's closed when one tries to order a drink. Don't get it! Well done to the waiter whom served us despite the receptionist saying it's closed. He has glasses and curly hair and he knows who he is. You have a fantastic career in customer relations ahead of you. Well done. I only wish I could say it in Italian.
A very nice stay in Bari
Lirica1on 07/08/2017 15:29We were in Bari on business and needed a place for the evening. The Oriente looked like a nice choice, well located in the heart of town and close to old town. We were not disappointed. The public areas were nicely finished and the rooms comfortable and well appointed. Good air conditioning throughout. Clean and neat throughout. The staff was very warm and exceedingly helpful. While not a 5 star lux, the Oriente is a great place to stay when in Bari.
A gem in a beautiful city
HappyTraveler113on 06/08/2017 22:37The hotel was a bit tough to find with the addresses we entered on Waze and google maps, but we were quite happy once we got there. The room was exactly as advertised, very clean, and very comfortable. Also, unlike many hotels in Europe, it was quite roomy. The bed was also very comfortable. We walked everywhere we needed to go. The hotel staff were quite helpful.
A Nice Place
mirko mon 05/08/2017 10:53A nice high quality hotel ideally located and with great breakfast. The rooms on Corso Cavour are a bit noisy. Some of the personnel at the reception is kind of arrogant which really doesn't fit with the job. Room for improvement here !
Great Location, Ok Hotel
AllyMilanon 25/07/2017 13:54The location was extremely convenient right in the center of everything so I might return just for that. The hotel itself was just ok. The reception area and breakfast area are small and the decor isn't that nice. The breakfast was just ok. My room was very very small and no view. It was clean and comfortable enough but really just a pass. Hopefully if you book a room on a high floor with a view, the experience is much more agreeable so I will reserve judgement until I try that. Just be aware that if you get a deal when they're fully booked you may end up in a tiny room with no view. It was clean and modern and the bathroom was good but really a bit too small, so book a better room.
