I took one star off due to the fact that I had to pay for the internet. It cost 9.99 USD. I think these days it's common sense to offer internet to guests especially in a hotel like this. The rest was fine: big, well decorated bedroom, spa, beautiful pool. I recommend this place.

We stayed here for one night for a business trip that my husband's company paid for. You walk in and the lobby is nice, but I just wasn't that impressed with the room, especially for how much it costs to stay here. I didn't like that the shower was not private and that wifi is an additional cost. The room is clean, staff were pretty friendly and location of the hotel is great.

Stayed here for a Cowboys game weekend with my family of 4 (kids are 17 and 14). The hotel is very cool! The staff is friendly and accommodating. Restaurant (Cook Hall) is very very good! Didn't have time to take advantage of the pool area, but it is beautiful. I can't think of anything negative to say. Great city, great time.

Absolutely terrible service! Literally an hour and 45 minutes to get our drinks at the pool. This was not just a snag for us, everyone at the pool had the same experience and were complaining how terrible the service at the hotel was across the board. Room service was the same thing. It took 2 hrs., yes 2, to get 1 item. They take forever to answer the phone and if they put you on hold they will never get back to you. Don’t ask them to make a dinner reservation for you either. They will never get back to you and after several phone calls they told us they couldn’t get any because the restaurant was completely booked. Rooms were nice, hotel and bar area are nice, and it has a good vibe to it. If you are ok with a nice luxury hotel atmosphere with Holiday Inn service you will like it. Or if you just sleep here and go to the restaurants in the area, (which have great food, are way busier yet still have excellent service) you will be happy staying here.

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights for business travel. It is a beautiful hotel and the infinity pool on the 16th floor shouldn’t be missed. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. The hotel is across the street from the American Airlines Center where the Mavericks play, but it was the off season. The hotel is within walking distance to a number of attractions.
The room had no coffee, but coffee was available in the lobby in the morning. (That information is in the room literature).
The issue I had was after I checked out. I was being charged for the bar refrig when I hadn’t touched it. Having signed digitally, they imposed the charge a couple of days after I checked out. I had to call twice to reach someone who could resolve the issue. Next time, I’ll sign a hardcopy at the desk when I check out.
