Great rooms; great location and in house upscale and fine dining sushi restaurant offers great convenience to tourists. The chocolate lava cake with the vanilla ice cream is to die for! The suites are a great stay with a lot of in room amenities. love the floor to ceiling windows in the room. Only complain i have is that laundry bags were missing in the room for 3/4 visits - so something to check for before hotel guests check in.

Awesome hotel . i planned a meeting here for work and Holly was super helpful! The rooms were amazing the suite was basically a huge apartment . There was even a half bath in the living room by the dining room. Yes the room was that big! it also had amazing views from the king size bed. All i had to do in the mornings was bhit a button and the blinds would automatically open and I could watch the sunrise over the mountains, it was breath taking. The sushi bar downstairs was great and the hotel is in walking distance to great bars and clubs!

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights over a weekend and had the best time! The pool area is totally happening on on the weekends, DAY and NIGHT! I love the W - the amenities, the service, its trendiness and funk! The sushi restaurant was AMAZING! Had the best service - our waiter Adam was great, suggested a few cuts that were the best and we asked to see the manager to let him know Adam was simply amazing and thanks to his suggestions we had a great experience! We will definitely stay and eat here again on our next trip to Scottsdale!

I just returned from a weekend trip to Scottsdale and had a wonderful stay at the W. If you are looking for a hotel right in the action, this is your place. You don't ever need to get into your car since there are restaurants in and around the W. Bars are right outside as well.
The staff is welcoming (shout out Jordan and Crystal for your hospitality upon check in) and friendly.
I highly recommend this hotel for a weekend with friends!
** only drawback is that the rooms get light VERY early. Bring an eye mask if you want to get a full nights sleep.

This hotel try to much to be hip, special, trendy, ... . they try a special set up of the room with open bath room and bed in the middle but it didn't work for me. Finishes are rather basic. The fitness center and pool area are very good. The breakfast was not goog for me, very poor menu.
