Hotel is super modern designed and doesn't smell food like other hotels.
Rooms are newly renovated and super comfortable and clean.
Food (both breakfast and evening buffet) was just fantastic, we didn't even have the need to eat outside. Hotel staff is super well trained and speaks excellent English that was a great help for our trip.
We rented hotel car to go the Great Wall and was the best choice to do. Driver drove us safely and comfortably. One of most memorable trips ever!

The rooms were luxurious. I loved the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was huge with something for every taste. The dinner buffet was even more varied with some really nice dishes. However, don't eat off the menu if the buffet is too much/too expensive for you. They are not prepared for that. Half of what we ordered was not available and they weren't sure what to do with us. Better go to the mall building across the street.
Since China doesn't support google, internet was iffy...no facebook, etc. I could text and use WeChat. Not the hotel's fault, but China.

After a horrible experience at another Beijing Hotel, we moved over the the Wanda Realm. Smart smart move on our part. This hotel was great.
The room was super comfortable and quiet. The wall between the sleeping area and the bathroom is a large window, interesting concept, and is easily covered by a shade operated by a switch next to the tub.
The room was super clean, the service friendly. The internet worked flawlessly.
Across the street is a shopping mall and a Carrefour Supermarket.
Would I stay here again? You bet!

This hotel exceeded my expectation. Stayed a couple days while on a vacation to China. The hotel was beautiful, the staff was nice. The rooms were extremely nice with see through wall between bathroom and bedroom. The lounge was very contemporary. The buffet had a large variety of foods for the included breakfast. As an American I felt very welcomed.

this is the 3rd time I stayed in this hotel. No improvement. I only stayed here because it is a convenient place for the purpose of my trip. But I swear I will never stay here again!
The one star is given for the smooth check-in and the fact I was given a room upon early arrival. The only thing I was trying to make sure before going to the room is that it is a non-smoking. I was told that every room is non-smoking. But the room smelled cigarette when I walked in. So I went back asking for a different room. I got a much smaller room but at least it smells okay.
Based on my last experience, I checked the air conditioner first. It seems to blow cold air and the room temperature is 24. Not bad. -My contentment didn't last long. I woke up in the middle of the night with temperature went up to 26 already. then 27. I complained to the front desk. They told me that they didn't shut down the central AC and the air conditioning should be working. whatever, I decided to go to the gym to cool down. It was warm there as well. I asked how to adjust the temperature in the gym since I was the only guest there. The women in charge of the desk told me that she would just turn off the heating! -why would anyone need heating on in the gym when the outside temperature was around 20!
On the 2nd day, my room got hot again in the morning. This is the weird thing. It was 22 before I went to bed. It was 25 when i woke up. Now it is 26 at 2 pm. Unless they turned on the central heating, how is it possible with temperature was below 20 outside and drizzling! I called the front desk again. This time the girl was quite rude. She told me in a condescending voice that it is not summer yet and of course the central A/C is not on. When I asked when it is considered summer, she said it is only summer when it is really really hot. -I almost forgot this is a 5-star hotel when I hung up the phone.
So I will never stay here again. As a matter of fact, I will never stay in any Wanda property. I will not recommend this particular hotel to anyone!
