Stayed in one of the half sheds or so called lodges it's like a budget version of butlins the club house bar is just as depressing and it's all very tired, dirty too was a big stain / yellowing in the bathroom Lino TV was older than me.

Was okay. Good price. Clean room. Could use an update on the beds. The mattresses were springy and pretty uncomfortable. Maybe some washcloths for the rooms. Wi-Fi in the rooms would be helpful. Nice people, beautiful location. Just needs some updates and I would stay again.

Arrived here on the 15th of October, when in the room it smelt like damp. The table had looked like it hadn’t been wiped. When opening the drawer of the table we found a used part of a Class A drug pipe, when we took this to reception we had said that we didn’t want to stay in that room however they said that we could upgrade for an extra £60, when looking at the 2 other rooms one smelt mouldy and the other had fag nubs in the room, we did not stay here as after what we had found we had thought that they would have took some responsibility and offered us a free room upgrade. We were told that we would get a phone call off the manager that did not happen. I’d definitely avoid staying at this place especially if you have children.

We booked here for a three night stay in October 2017, the welcome we got on our arrival was warm and friendly, as reception we where given our key and told about our room and the things on site. The lodge was clean tidy and roomy, perfect for 2. the heating was controlled by us in the room and there was no extra charge for this. There was a shower, sink and WC in our on-sweet. On site there is a bar and restaurant the staff whom worked here where all helpful and friendly and looked after you. in the season there are activities in the club house which all are welcomed to use. The only down side is the mattresses are nearing the end of their life, on speaking to a member of the management he told me that they are in the proses of renewing these so it will not be a problem in future. On saying this we had great nights sleep the whole of our stay. So on the whole we had a great few days there and where sad to have to leave. We will be back next year or maybe the year after. WELL WORTH A VISIT

We stayed here for one night on our way to Dawlish. Our chalet was very comfortable and very surprising considering it only cost £46. Staff very friendly and helpful and we had breakfast in the morning which was extremely good value for money and good quality. We will be back next year.
