Writing a review for our stay presents quite a conundrum…..the physical plants needs much greater attention to detail regarding maintenance and updating….the list for our room is long: when first entering the room, noticed that the drawers to the dresser were opened in a staged manner; never had seen this and thought it was some ‘good’ housekeeping trick….not so, as they actually would not stay shut and returned to this position after being closed…..carpet was worn with threads exposed…toilet seat had paint worn through to the wood…lampshade had no screwdown nut and therefore was crooked….ceiling fan light cover was askew and could not be made level….some furniture was worn….towel rack over toilet appeared that it was about to fall out of the wall….our room was in dire need of a makeover…..HOWEVER, other aspects were very good: great service from front desk, bellman & valet guys….the location is fantastic as we were able to walk to several places we wanted to go….and the whole place just feels good (I’m not a fan of ‘modern’ hotels)….Note to management: please fix this stuff; you have a great property, treat it so….

Excellent hospitality and customer service.
My friends and I️ really enjoyed ourselves in The Library Pub. Great atmosphere, live music, excellent food, upscale venue and award winning service...would highly recommend.
The Hotel Food and Beverage Director Trent Yoder and Library Pub Manager Gene Vails are indeed Professionals in every aspect of the word. I️ will visit again soon.

The hotel is a lovely older building and the rooms are huge. The room I stayed in had all new carpet, drapes, and bedding. The location is good with many great restaurants within walking distance. The staff is all very accommodating and they even have a shuttle service for short trips. Best airport if staying here is Dallas Love, just 15 minutes away.

A disappointment compared to our stay ten years ago or more. Poor re-investment in updating rooms, old, torn furniture, dirty carpet, broken light fixtures, staff's poor response to complaints. Overall outdated decor in need of serious update to remain considered a quality, fine hotel.

I want to preface by saying that the Warwick Melrose is one of my favorite Hotels. The location is amazing, the staff so very accommodating and the rooms and amenities are first class. The Library Lounge is a wonderful place to relax and and very popular with the local clientele. My food on this trip was disappointing, not sure what the issue was. That will certainly not keep me from returning soon.
