We love the Warwick Hotel and we're pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a beautiful suite. It is a charming and very tastefully decorated hotel in a great location with access to shopping, restaurants and the theaters. We will definitely stay there each time we are in New York!

Good hotel, good staff specially Billy their front desk officer/staff was too nice to us and also gave us an upgrade. Excellent location, you come out and you're on the 6th Avenue (Times Square) so you can't beat this location. Pricing is what bothered us. We paid $400 per night so it's expensive. Why? I probably don't know, could be the location or could be the room size. They have big rooms compared to other hotels at Times Square.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and will say that the room is beautiful and staff is always friendly. Normally we feel very special when we stay here. This time the air conditioner stopped working at around 12 pm and was reported around 7:30 am after everyone woke up. Nto one came to our room to fix the air conditioner and we ended up leaving NYC in the morning since everyone in my family did not sleep well. The manager who did take off $100 of the room was not at all concerned about our situation.

Old style hotel at excellent location in midtown Manhattan.
Clean and spacious room. Good fitness center. Good service.
Good business center with computers and printers attached.
Good value for the price.

For $495, I'd expect more. They gave me a suite on 33rd floor, but the there was about 90 degrees (F). A bathrobe would have been nice. Had to wait 10 minutes to get bag from storage.
It is a good location and a decent hotel.
