My daughter and new son-in-law held their big day at Washy Hall. From the moment we agreed the venue and date we were in the capable hands of Lucy and her exceptional team. Nothing seemed to phase them (tho’ it often did us!!). They coped with changes and requests throughout the planning stage, on the wedding day and even during our departure the following day (the usual family chaos). We had a wonderful day; all of our family and friends commented how marvellous everything had been and how incredibly helpful the staff were. We can’t thank Lucy and her team enough. They have ensured that our memories of our daughter’s wedding will always be fabulous.

Attended the wedding of family friend. Excellent venue, beautiful hotel, lovely service, great food. Would definitely recommend this venue as a both a hotel and as a function venue. Best of all...the Pork Pie in the buffet!!......heaven!!

We decided to have a special evening, we are only a few miles from this first class Hotel, we were not disappointed, great staff, very comfortable room and delicious food, we enjoyed a first class dinner for two served impeccablably and looked really good, tasted superb.
A great nights sleep in the largest bed we have ever slept in.

We booked this hotel for an industry forum for 50 delegates with about 20 people staying over. We wanted it to be friendly and very comfortable without any kind of corporate feel and this is what we got. The overall experience was superb. The staff without exception throughout the process of organising the event and during were wonderful. The dinner we organised for the evening before for 37 people was outstanding and we have had so many amazing comments about. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel for any group be it for business or pleasure

Visited this hotel after reading all the reviews for a special birthday celebration,we found the experiance disappointing to say the least.
The hotel although comfortable was looking tired and needed refurbishment in many areas the wi- fi was excellent in fact the best we have ever had, sadly this is where the good bit ends, we had an evening meal on the second night that fell well below expectations , service , quality of food and attension to detail was sadly lacking.ie little things like ice bucket for wine etc were missing .
Next day at breakfast although there was a wedding party it didnt a 50 minute wait for service indeed we went back to our room because the wait was impossibly long, what should have been a wonderful celebration was ruined the only saving grace was that we had a wonderful meal with great ambiance at pub called THE FERRYMAN nearby which i would recommend to anyone .sadly on this occasion i couldnt say the same for Washingborough hall .bitterly disappointed customer .
