Excellent location, very helpful staff, room and amenities were fantastic for what we were looking for and we had a wonderful twin night stay.
The undercover parking and internal access through the lift was helpful as it rained on the day we were leaving. Everything we needed as in beach and restaurants and cafes were all within a short walking distance.

This was our first stay at Waves. Very very average service and communication. We booked for 3 adults for one night, we only received two towels so I had to share a towel with my sister as reception had closed by the time I showered. I must admit the room was clean. When first entering the room(room 2) I went to use the toilet and the door rail fell out of the track, when flushing the toilet the toilet flusher was broken, we told a staff member and she told us she has ordered a new button for the toilet.. Good to know but it didn't help that we couldn't flush the toilet properly. I then went out and told reception and she said she would let someone know and they would fix it. Still waiting... no one ever fixed it. (The whole button had fallen out and we had to hold the plastic and pull up the button in the compartment). The pull out sofa bed was on a lean and felt like I was going to fall into the couch. Upon checking out we weren't asked how our stay was, just handed the keys over and left. Probably wouldn't go back unless it was my last option.

This is our second visit to the Waves.. We really love the location, just one street away from the main hub of Byron. The room was clean, and the little court yard with water feature was really nice. We would book here again.

This is a great spot away from the centre but close enough to be walking distance to everywhere.
Clean studio room with fridge table couch. Lots of room and nice and quiet. Parking too which is a real bonus

Great location, friendly staff, large spacious & clean room (Boutique King), great shower, and car parking underneath. All up would highly recommend! Possibly a little on the pricier side, but could have been because I was staying there for the weekend of Splendour in the Grass.
