Amazing place to Stay like a Nawab!

nish2027 on 21/11/2017 15:40

Noor Us Sabah is simply a hot property to stay at in Bhopal. The views of the amazing lake are so alluring and they add a royal feel to your stay. Was fortunate enough to get an upgrade from the extremely polite staff here. The rooms are well decorated and the entire place is spotless clean. Would definitely come here for more!

Courteous Staff, Great Location, Value for Money

It was an excellent stay. The hotel is beautiful. Its a heritage property. Well maintained. The rooms are clean. The staff is very polite. Room service is efficient and prompt. The hotel boasts of beautiful lawns, a great view and huge parking space. The staff was courteous enough to pack me my complimentary breakfast as I had an early morning flight to catch and i couldn't be around for the buffet breakfast. The previous evening was enjoyable with a Mughlai Food festival with live music. Wanted to explore the Royal Hamam, but couldnt find the time. Recommended.

Mughlai Food Festival

We did not stay. We only went for dinner during Mughlai Food Festival.
The ambiance was really nice and the live music (Ghazals) made it even better. The staff is very courteous and polite. It was a buffet dinner and the charges were 1050 per person which is comparable with charges at Jehannuma and Marriott for similar plans.
We are non vegetarians. The range of the starters was good but in the main course I felt that it could have been more elaborate.
Desserts were all nice. Khajur halwa was especially yummy.

Regal.....but needs updation

rajeshd987 on 09/11/2017 07:42

If you are looking for a royal regal experience with a nice location then this is the place but then do not look for modern & contemporary amenities. The hotel is ideally located not in a very crowded area, easy access overlooking the Lake but remember all rooms do not provide equally majestic view of the lake....obviously. I am referring to the standard rooms which are on the lower(most?) floor. The food is excellent especially indian non veg dishes, restaurant staff is prompt & pleasing. The rooms are a bit old fashioned, AC is too loud and has a unfriendly control. The washroom is a bit small, no separate shower cubicle and you will have to ask for all toiletries from house keeping because all are not standard issue( same for slippers too). Outdoors are beautiful with a lovely lawn giving a beautiful view. But there is a tall chimney next door which is permanently gargling out smoke..Hotel is no smoking & non liquor.

An example of how DSLR Photography and good lighting helps one sell

So after Jehanuma , I was tempted to try this place mainly due to the lake view and the photographs. But this place is terribly average and does not offer anything for what it charges. The rooms weren't well maintained and has mosquitoes. The bathroom fittings including the tub seemed old and I spotted a worm too in that . Like I genuinely feel people can fall for this place seeing the photos online but the reality is far from it. I sincerely regret staying at this place. However the staff is really very sweet and that is the best part. The breakfast is really below average
