We stayed for three nights. We booked one of the junior suits for 450 eur a night for me, my husband and our 4 yo. I do admit that for that price tag I had certain expectations that unfortunately were not fulfilled. The below is summary of positives and negatives.
Positives:
- we really liked our room with a separate bedroom for two kids. The bathroom could have easily accommodate 4 people at the same time. Both bedrooms had flat acre enough TV
- the indoor playground, what we call a monkey park, was impressive and our daughter loved it
- the wellness area was quite nice, surely great in summer when you can also use the outdoor pools
- the outdoor playground was massive - probably one of the largest I have ever seen and would be fantastic in summer
- the dinners were quite nice, the buffet dinner we had on Saturday was impressive
- great selection of teas during the whole day
Negatives:
- the water in the room was not hot enough to really provide that relaxation element
- the sitters in the kids club seemed to be not more than that - sitters. Most of the time when I walked in the two girls were either talking to each either or doing something else. No active entertainment or interaction with the kids
- the staff in the hotel varied from very nice to weird
- breakfast got boring after 3 days and lunch was not worth mentioning- just couple of basic options for meal. But it was open from 1-4 pm which was good for the skiers
- dinner starting at 6:30 in family hotel is ridiculous. Even if we rushed through the dinner we wouldn't finish before 8 pm
- no good coffee (but to be fair, we have high expectations on coffee)
To conclude- was it luxury unforgettable experience? Far from it. And for the price tag of 450 eur per night I would have expected much better than that. Much better value is Reiter's in Tatzmansdorf.
By the way - if you come skiing with kids, it is also not that easy unless you come in January- mid of February when there is still snow in The Valley and some of the small local lifts are open. If not, you have to travel approximately 20 minutes to one of the high mountain skiing areas and take a lift to the top to get to snow. This means that if you want to put your kid into skiing school, it will take you about 40 minutes to get to it and you have to buy a lift card (min 17,50 eur per adult to go up and down). Forget about going back into the hotel to enjoy the facilities.

Had the great pleasure to stay at Dilly`s for 3 nights during the course of an event and have been simply amazed.
The hotel provides a great range of services and a perfect mix for any kind of holiday request - from family/kids hotel, to wellness-hotel and sports hotel - all combined without "disturbing" each other.
The Wellness area is seperated in two main areas - one only for adults with a variety of Sauna, Pools. etc. and one seperated area for families where kids are allowed to stay with family offering several saunas. They also have a seperated kids area with pool, water games and slides.
The food offered in the hotel is very good, with a great variety. The service is very friendly as well.
We stayed within a Wellness Suite which provides space for max. 6 people and comfortably fitted to us (4 adults).
The location/surroundings also provide loads of opportunities for any kind of interest - winter & summer.
The Dilly family simply offers a perfect stay with a great familistic flair where you absolutely feel welcome.

We stayed in this hotel with my company from czech republic. Everything was very good,the hotel itself is truly a wellness hotel. Breakfast offers big variety of all kinds of food and dinner is combined buffet plus served food.For our company it was very convenient.The families were sitting on the right side from the buffet and we were seated on the left side,close to the Bar. The Bar is modern with smoking lounge attached.They offer nice selection of wines,mostly autrians. We were recommended some and we did not regret.Everyone fro staff is very helpful,we enjoyed especially Michael and Krassi-professionals and a lot of fun. We'll be back...

Recently visited the place and stayed there. Best place to stay and please don't forget to enjoy the buffet breakfast. Stayed in the suit, which has everything in it and very very spacious with all the modern amenity.

The location is very nice, Windischgarsten area Phyrn-Priel .The room was very comfortable with view at the mountains; there are many possibilities in this area the whole year.
you have the special offer of each day in Dilly` s morning letter at breakfast;
there are special sport possibillities and sports hours in the fitness center two times a day;
the kitchen is excellent, beginning from breakfast buffet, lunch with soup and salad, special kids menu, salad, coffee and cake in the afternoon to dinner;
you are very welcome from Single to families, there are many special offers for families and children;
