A good find

Located on a very busy road, but so are all the other places! We had no reservation, but young man got us checked in (very busy area, and think we were lucky to get a room) - we had the very end room, which was somewhat restricted with the staircase up to the next level, so couldn't park outside the room, but no problem. There's a nice gazebo, albeit in the parking area, but a nice enough place to sit out and watch the very busy area). The beds a little squeaky, but ok. It was clean, water pressure very good, good tv lineup. 'Fridge, micro, coffee maker. Breakfast was v. good - good selection, fruit, yogurt, cereal, frozen/micro sausage biscuits, mini pancakes. Jennifer took care of kitchen and check-out too, but was a wonderful young lady. Good impression overall and considering the parking spaces were all taken, it must be pretty popular. Apparently, it is fully booked during the Master's Golf tournament. I think we were lucky to get a room. PS: It is a noisy/busy area during the daytime, but we were not disturbed for sleeping.
very good value

Both check-in and check-out was quick. Our room was clean and spacious.
After a 12 hours flight and 3 hours drive we had a very relaxing night.
Every staff member was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok.
We would definitely stay here again!

The hubby and I stayed at West Bank for literally 7 hours on our way through Georgia. We called ahead to let them know we would be checking in late and it wasn't an issue at all. The room was exactly as pictured on the website- clean and roomy. Beds could have been more comfortable, but for the length of our stay, it was fine. Be aware, there is very limited parking. Garbage pick-up for that area is 5am on Saturday morning. Definitely woke me up, but not the fault of the hotel. Right next door to Cook-out, which is convenient, but they are open until at least midnight on a Friday. No issues, but I could see where you may get folks hanging around and being loud. Oh, one last thing- for the shower-hot and cold were the opposite direction of where they normally are. (Right for Hot and left for Cold) Not bad but funny. Overall it was a quick but clean stay. I would definitely stay again as the price was right.
Wonderful staff

I recently stayed at the West Bank Inn while traveling from Florida during hurricane Irma. The staff was very friendly and made sure that us guests were well accommodated and even offered to allow us to use the front office to charge phones and devices in the event the power went out. Would definitely recommend and will be revisiting soon!
LOUD!!

I was going to stay there for 4 nights but the first night I never did get any sleep or get any work done! The hotel is located on one of the busiest streets in Augusta and heard motorcycles racing, loud thumping of base and sirens all night. It didn't help there was the restaurant Cook-Out next door and was open til 4:30am!
However, if you don't mind the noise and want a affordable room in the center of everything, I would recommend. The rooms were very clean and the staff/owners were very gracious!!
