Worst place to be , never coming here ever. The staff are very unprofessional, does not care for customers, room service is very poor, food is bad. Dose not take complaints nor respond. I never visit again and does not recommend

This is certainly not a place I would recommend. I could not sleep due to loud music they were playing for some sort of party and screaming from drunken guests. There was plastic bottles out side and one morning we took a walk down the road there was piles of the hotels garbage every where... really really bad. The food was low quality and the staff did not answer when we asked simple questions!. If you go to this place be assured there will be unatended screaming idiots jumping into the pool drunk at all hours... this hotel only acts kindly before they get your money... after this dont expect any human response.... really horrid stay we decided to shift to a cleaner better organized venue.

It is located at Anjuna Beach. We had a nice stay here. The food is decent, not as good as I expected.We really enjoyed in the pool, that's the best thing they have. Overall it is a nice place for the price they charge.

Firstly, I have done many reviews but by far this is the worst place to stay in Goa, reasons below will explain.
I was on a road trip from Bangalore to Goa with my 5 other friends and had reserved 2 triple rooms at this hotel for 3 nights.
- I had informed the hotel that we are on a road trip and hence we need the rooms to be kept ready for us so that we don't have to wait upon check-in.
- Upon our arrival, after an exhausting ride from Bangalore to Goa I was told that there are no extra mattresses for the 3rd person in each room and we were provided a blanket for the 3rd person in each room, so the 3rd person slept on the blanket with soar back, an extra blanket was provided the next day.
Breakfast was horrible, Aaloo Parathas were half cooked - Upon asking the restaurant staff his response was "This is how it is".. wonderful (sarcasm).
Cleanliness - "Pathetic", housekeeping sucks, I had to follow up 4-6 times on day 1 to clean the balconies and chairs kept in the balcony.
Housekeeping staff "Deboshish" was helpful, rest of the staffs were utter rude.
Special mention about the behaviour of the restaurant staff, very abrupt and rude, was behaving rudely with all other guests who were complaining about the delay breakfast.
I had asked to speak to the hotel manager but he was supposedly unavailable for throughout our 3 days stay.

Normal resort with no good facilities but staff is good pool is good food quality is ok but the rates are on higher side as compared to quality but you can visit the resort in the peak season as the location of the resort is quite a silent place
