Very bad experience. Unprofessional and non-cooridinating staff with no training in hospitality. Stinky rooms. Rooms provided missed basic amenities like tissue papers, toilet rolls etc. Complaints not attended nicely. Electronics like AC's and fan were not operating properly. A lame excuse that fans are only used for drying rooms was given after a complaint was raised for not working fan.
Situated in a beautiful yet God forsaken place. No proper commute available from the hotel to city.
You can get plenty of options in the city...this hotel is just not worth it and needs to be avoided..

This hotel is little far from the city and an ideal if you are travelling from crowded city. We liked the rooms as they are pretty and clean and value for money considering the port blair is expensive place. The food served was good and we liked it. The hotel staffs are extremely nice and are there for help anytime you need. Overall a nice experience and would recommend this hotel for anyone who loves to be away from city noise.

Excellent hotel with superb view of Sea . Best part is its newly modified and Manager Mr Souvik Mondal is really a very very helpful Guy.I have extended my stay in this hidden gem in the Sea for teh hotel and their services are great.

It is like a 2 star hotel far away from city. Standing sea water in front of hotel. The initial rooms were having foul smell. On complaining changed the room. The new rooms were good. The food was bad first day but improved with feedback.

Pros:
Good and tasty food.
Breakfast : limited options but tasty food.
Room was newly done i believe. compact and clean.
WIFI : They have wifi , much needed in andaman considering bad network
Cons :
Very far from the city center.
AC in our room had some issues initially.
Just okay for a day's stay probably if you are on transit to and fro from the islands.
