The place is just nasty the people that are around there are all on drugs and in the pictures they show handles in the bath tub and they don't and my father in law fell. Also in the bathroom there were tones of gnats.

Just awful. If it wasn’t so late at night and the only place we could find.....I would have left. Very unkept & dirty(see photos). Lobby was deceiving compared to the rooms. Scary location too, we left nothing in the car. $79

In a bad location of town, other old hotels shut down from days past. This was once a very nice place and could be again. Needs a good clean up, fresh paint and drifted garbage swept up. Plants look over grown.
A.C. wasn't cold enough for me. Room is comfortable, beds nice. Does have fridge and microwave. No pretty art on bare walls, needs paint.
Carpet is nice and clean.
Breakfast bar extremely limited. Waffles, cereal, muffins, toast is about it. Nothing I wanted to eat. No fruit, yogurt. Nothing hot. Very meager.

The house I'm moving into isnt going to be ready in time so I needed somewhere to stay for a couple of weeks. Found a good deal on a weekly rate at Windemere Hotel and Conference Center. I had stayed there years ago so was familiar with the property. OMG what a change.
From the street it looks lovely, tucked inside giant blooming shade trees, green grass and flowers. However once you pass thru the lobbu into the courtyard area you arrive in hell. All of the rooms have arcadia doors facing the courtyard with individual little patios. Patios covered in cut weeds, beer cans and garbage. The 2 chairs and small table on each one looks like something pulled from a dumpster. Nothing matches or even blends. All of the trash cans along the walkways are flowing over with garbage, the rest scattered nearby. Onto the room, which is horrific. Now I know this place is old, so am I, but this is beyond excusable. Every single wall is dirty, not just worn but dirty, as are the counters and floors. The carpet has so many dark stains you cant even tell the original color and I havent taken my shoes off since i arrived. The beds are hard and saggy. The TV is the old picture tube type. The bathroom so old rundown and dirty that i actually wiped the walls down before using it. Im not that picky of a person and can let most things slide but this place is such a disappointment. My money was not refundable and I don't have the money to book somewhere else but I know I wont be booking the other 2 weeks i need accommodations for at this place.

This is a dreary and dirty place. Couldn't rate lower than a 1. Why Allegiant had this place on their lodging list is beyond me since it's about 15 miles from the airport, , but at least they removed the Windemere from their list of emergency lodging for stranded passengers.
