Stay in numerous times for business in Chicago. The staff is always friendly and helpful, check-in/check-out is always a breeze. Always a good nights rest.

Stayed here for a week starting on November 13, 2017
I picked this hotel because it was 0.6 miles from my job which was perfect for walking.
PROS:
*Next to Dunkin Donuts
*Entry/room kept clean- the one cleaning lady did so well with how she cleaned my room when i returned that I wanted to tip her but didn't know which lady to give it to. I loved the way she did the pillows too. That was the best part of my stay. I think the room cleaning staff is really good there and attentive.
CONS:
*Shuttle pickup very slow and it was stinky in that shuttle.
*After shuttle was slow and took me to hotel, they would not let me check-in. I had to have coworker pick me up and go straight to work after being up for 12 hrs and not able to freshen up.
*Bathroom-Mold&Rust spots. (needs CLR) See pics i added
*Hotel Van&Shuttle bus blocks parking path. Move the Van that never goes any where!!
luckily i did not rent a car but had used a UBER and this caused interference with my ride with paying extra waiting for hotel to move excessive vehicles. Once again, clear the path so customers can get in and out!! Its rude!!
*Room next to elevator-HORRIBLE!!- sounds like a loud water park next to my wall every time someone used elevator. And Ooooh how everyone use that elevator every 15-30min ALL night long!! Warning, do not EVER get your room next to the elevator.
*None of my phones in room worked. There was 2 phones. one phone looked like it was from the 70s and should be upgraded or teleported back. [I have videos of the phones inability to make a call too] The other one was weird like it was someones house phone with tape on it, just ghetto fabulous is what i call it. I did call them and let them know and only one phone worked which was the 70s one, but still, even that one appeared like it was on one leg. Upgrade Folks!
*They have this food delivery menu they have in the room but the companies phone stays busy all the time! Why promote a delivery menu in rooms when the vendors phone is always busy? Seriously? Why?
*My neighbors was loud too, they seemed to never talk until they get right outside my rooms door to have a long,full blast, loud conversation in a foreign language.
*staff wasn't too friendly, especially the guy who would not let me check-in and when i got back to check-in the girl attempted to give me a fake smile and stuff but by that point i could of cared less what came out her mouth as they screwed up with me with slow shuttle and when i couldn't check-in
If this was my money being spent on the hotel, i would have been their worst nightmare with the nonsense I endured. I hope they get it together when i come back in two weeks in December but maybe i will look at other hotels as they just really rubbed me the wrong way.

Very quick over night stay checked in at 6pm to leave at 7am next morning. Nice quiet room no real surrounding noise, hotel is between a Dunkin Dounuts and another hotel, only disadvantage no restaurant, but some in walking distance, too cold for me to walk.

Friendly desk staff and cleaning staff the room was clean quiet and comfortable. Met my request when asked. Very satisfied will use this hotel again.

the main major disappointment was that this hotel has no shuttle service on weekends!
This was one of the main reasons for me to book this hotel. Big disappointment! Nothing about this on the web or on the Booking site.
Otherwise, it was fine and the breakfast was above average.
