We checked in quite late, after a 10 hour road trip and Michael was great. Quickly checked us in, gave us the information we needed, and even made sure we had a hot cup of coffee. Hotel is undergoing renovations and it will eventually look great, but more attention needs to be given to cleanliness of the guest bathrooms and hallways.

This location is located in an excellent location, but the comfort suffers for it. It was loud and the bathroom was very old. The paint on the door was stained and peeling off. On the bright side, the staff was very friendly and accomodating.

Hotel needs to be remodeled. Had to wait 20 minutes for them to find my reservation and then told me I was staying 2 nights when I only booked 1 night. I billed for 2 nights. I called Wyndham and they would not remove the extra night charge so I had to pay for 2 nights. Will never stay at Wingate or Wyndham again,

The hotel staffs at the front desk and the cleaning crew were extremely helpful. This was our first trip away from home with the infant and the team did everything to make us feel comfortable. Thank you again to the team for making us feel at home.

This hotel was terrible ! The first three rooms given to us were dirty, as in house keeping marked them as clean and the hotel room was dirty, one even had a condom still in the toilet! Not only was this already tragic for my husband and I to get away. We had to carry our luggage up and down each time we Everette’s a dirty room. THEN upon checking out I told them I had left my gold wat. That my mother had left me, on the nightstand ! No ones claimes to have found It! No one claims to have a clue where It was. The manager hung up on my face! The General manager won’t rerun my calls. THEN TO MAKE MATTER WORSE WE GOT BITTEN BY BED BUGS! This was a trip from HELL! I am totally disgusted at their customer care, and their business.
