We stayed there the first week of January when the hotel was full of skiers. Anyway the stuff was friendly, professional and helpful. We liked the atmosphere, food was fantastic and the hotel is located only a few kilometers from really great skiing areas.
Spa area is small but clean. If there are many people who want to enjoy a sauna, it is crowded. What we didn't like so much was -three days in a row- cold shower after a day in the mountains with up to -20 °C. We were told that if a lot of people take a shower at the same time, there isn't enough hot water there. But that didn't help especially the children. They won't go for a shower. And our room was quite clairaudient. Located on first floor we heard music from restaurant till 11 pm. However we liked it there and will definitively come again.

We stayed in the Hotel with our dog and we got the only Apartment they have, which was so nice, so big, so clean. Breakfast was very good and we did eat every evening in the restaurant. The food was excellent and we had always salad from the buffet, a soup, a main course and a very good dessert. The also have a nice Sauna area. They have WIFI free but the only problem is that in the apartment it was not good. Maybe they should adjust something that people staying in the apartment should also have good WIFI. The price of our stay was not expensive at all. The oweners are so friendly.

First off the Wife found it really easy to book, the speed I which they replied to the first contact and the follow up emails were so reassuring.
Then a couple of months after booking we arrived. To such a warm welcome from owners wife had a quick drink and something to eat and then confirmed the ski hire stuff and lift passes and then off to the rooms, great, warm, comfy, clean just what you don't expect some times when traveling!!!!
The family slept very well and then off to breakfast and not to be disappointed by what we had.
Skiing was also great with the bus stop just upside the hotel.
After along days skiing back to chill for a couple of hours before dinner again very good.
All in all a superb week in the friendliest of surroundings.
Even looked after our son who just happened to have his birthday whilst we were away.
Looking forward to going back.
