We should even have left after the 1st night but wanted to give it one more chance.
We got a room on the 1st floor which is by itself not a problem but when every morning at 6:45 employees are dragging furniture for 10min, you hear everything. Or when there is an Oktoberfest music evening until 23:30 and your room is right on top of the bar, you feel like the band is in your room…
The room itself: beds are small and mattresses not comfortable (hard and you can feel the springs). There is a very small TV in a corner but a gigantic wardrobe in front of the bed… The curtains let the light through. We asked at the reception if they had a solution. They offered to put new curtains, which was very nice but we ended up with curtains that didn’t cover the whole window.
Wifi was pretty weak, we asked if there was a way to make it better, employees told us they would call the technician but we guess it was just a way to keep us away…
We were never really asked if we enjoyed our stay, or if they did it didn’t feel genuine at all. When we complained about something, the staff listened but didn’t really follow-up.
For more than 250€ a night (half pension), we expected much more. Especially when you read that this is a ****S hotel. There are hotels in the area that are real ****S hotels and will give you value for your money.
Some plus points still: the pool is really nice (both indoor and outdoor) and the food (especially the diner) was very good.

Our ski holiday stay was here and we were very happy with the time spend here. The staff are attentive and helpful. Rooms well maintained and large for our family of 3. Evening menu had interesting and good choice of austrian dishes.

This is really one of my favorite hotels to stay when on a ski trip. The rooms are nice, clean and spacey with good and firm mattresses. The service is super friendly and nothing misses their attention. The breakfast and 5 course dinner is absolutely delicious and of high quality. The wellness area is super clean and complete. I would definitively recommend a stay here!

We spent four days in Woscherhof this January.
The hotel is good or very good, comparable to other very good hotels in Zillertal area.
Fine food, quite big and clean rooms, friendly atmosphere.
Two things that make this place even more recommendable:
1. Big and very new inside swimming pool, connected with the outside pool. The inside pool is some 15-20 meters long which I find unique for the relatively small hotel (some 40 rooms). So if you like to swim, go there.
2. Free (truly free) hotel shuttle service, taking you (whenever you want) to the ski lifts, and back to the hotel. You just call them from the slope when you want to go back, and the shuttle comes in 10-15 minutes. Great thing.
The only shortfall I can think of is the limited parking space at the hotel. When we were there the hotel was full in some 50% and all the parking lots were taken all the time, so parking must pose problems when the hotel 100% full.

Arrived for a 2 night stay. The hotel has a family feeling. Staff are very nice and welcoming. Rooms are nice, more cosy than exclusive feeling. Rooms have a balcony. A classic alp hotel in style w staff dressed in classic clothes from the region. Great breakfast and The hotel offers free lunch buffet in the summer. Very nice pool area and not overcrowded, quiet and nice. Mostly older and younger couples. No families w children during our visit.
OBS. Hotel claims to be in the golf course but in reality it's quite a walk... Sport residens zillertal is the hotel on the golf course.
