The worst hotel experiencie!!!!
LuisHdezJon 24/03/2017 16:06This hotel has the worst processes in terms of check in and check out. It's impossible to sleep if your next room neighbor is snoring. Should your room be in the avenue side, the auto/motos noise is so loud but if your room is behind the hotel, dogs barking will make the night impossible.
Basic business hotel
VictorSureshon 22/05/2016 08:05Access is easy as the hotel is centrally located. Common areas are fairly clean although very basic. Room is small and okay for a night stay. Breakfast is basic and not so great. Internet worked fairly well.
Good size, historic (1500's to Mexican revolution) city that is often used as a portal to visit San Miguel de Allende.

Staff was all very nice and helpful. King bed was comfortable and rooms were clean, but facilities are in need of maintenance. Outside city noise (barking dogs, crowing roosters, passing cars/trucks/buses) will be tough on light sleepers and our toilet tank was not working properly. Breakfast buffet is very limited and it is promptly closed at 10:00AM. Make sure to get up early to get coffee, as it was very limited.

Casitaazulon 03/10/2015 15:53The room was small but it was the placement of unloveable furniture that made the space ridiculous. You could not pull the chair out from the desk and sit in it to work at the desk because the bed was in the way, literally I took pictures of this. The design flaws in this hotel make it hard to believe it is part of the Wyndham Hotel Group. The list goes on and on.
Comfy Beds, Economic Price, Clean
pelotita88on 03/07/2015 23:26Room was pretty nice, it had a King Size bed with comfy bed, it was very clean, although my toilet paper was completely humid, so maybe the cleaning lady didn´t look for that detail. I believe its a good resting hotel, I have not seen others, I didn´t go to the pool nor the other amenities. The TV shows are only in spanish, they have a restaurant down the lobby with buffet. Basically what you pay is what you get, an average hotel.
