WineGeek1856on 18/11/2017 22:38My only major complaint was that I couldn't get MSNBC on your TV but I was easily able to get RT the Russian propaganda TV station. Why would you have one of the few TV stations available be a Russian government supported propaganda station. I am a veteran and I was offended that you have RT on your TV. I travel for business frequently and I don't like to be fed Russian propaganda as part of my stay.

I have stayed at this hotel many, many times within the past five years and quite honestly, I haven't had a bad experience yet. Even when this hotel was a Quality Inn two years ago it was still superb. The entire hotel has been completely modernized and now offers a more upscale and up-to-date look. They offer basic queen/king rooms with a microwave & mini-fridge as well as a few king suites with a separate bedroom/living room area and a kitchen. The 1-bedroom suites also have a large full bathroom that is complete with a huge hot-tub that actually works great! Wyndham Garden Inn is also pet-friendly as long as you are able to pay the pet fee of $25 per day per pet. During my most recent stay, I noticed some new faces working throughout the place and every single employee that I encountered was fabulous and super friendly! Scott, the front-desk employee that works mostly at night is truly awesome! He helped me resolve an issue that I had in regards to my original reservation. Overall, he was able to accomodate but more importantly, he was genuinely friendly and really seemed to enjoy his job. A+++ Scott as well as the rest of the team at Wyndham Garden Inn!
Worst hotel experience I have had.
105kathrynton 17/11/2017 23:57Normally not one to write reviews/ get too grossed out by hotel rooms but this was honestly the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. When I arrived the front desk staff had a difficult time checking me in and also verbalized my hotel room number loud so others in the lobby could hear. I am a female traveling alone and for safety, I did not appreciate the other hotel guests knowing what room I was staying in. I have never in my past had to change a hotel room but On the way to my room there was a random vacuum in the middle of the hallway, it smelled like smoke, and when i got into my room, there was hair all over the bathroom floor, stains on the bed linens/ pillows and clearly had not been cleaned beside making the bed. I asked for another room and Chris at the front was accommodating and placed me into another room. This room appeared to be better however had some sticky dried liquid all over the bathroom floor. I cleaned it myself and when i went to get into bed I noticed yellow stains on the sheets and black hair in the bed. It was 12:30am at this point and Chris changed my room to another room across the hall. This room seemed ok too but once again also had black hair in the bed when i pulled back the sheets! i was so tired at this point and i just dealt with it/ slept on top of the covers because it was the cleanest room out of the 3. In the morning after showering i noticed there was no blow dryer. I placed the “my room needs cleaning” door hanger on my room and came back that evening to a room that was not cleaned/ towels not changed out/ bed not remade etc. The pull out couch also did not work and it was just overall one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. They tried to be accommodating by giving me breakfast vouchers but honestly the consistency of filthy ness made me have the most difficulty time sleeping and feeling comfortable. I have photos and will submit these to the hotel. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone in the future.
Pleasant hotel
apersonaltouch7on 13/11/2017 04:48Room was clean, very roomy and comfortable. The only negative is that there wasn't a towel bar in the bathroom. Convenient location near interstate and many restaurants near the hotel. Breakfast is Not included.

I was especially pleased with the flavored water at the entrance up to and including the coffee that was constantly available and the Breakfast. Everyone I met had a very pleasant smile amd attitude. Next best thing to being home.
