I stayed here for a few days while attending a convention at another nearby hotel. I generally dislike Four Points properties, as the majority of my past experiences with them is poor. This was a rare exception. The hotel is in very good shape and appears to have gone through a renovation. My room was large, comfortable and recently renovated.
As a platinum member, I received free breakfast. This is the first Four Points I’ve stayed at that has a full-service breakfast. Most of them have a low-end buffet breakfast. This hotel has a cook to prepare eggs and a waffle station, in addition to the buffet with standard breakfast foods. I was very impressed.
All of the staff I had contact with, including management, the front desk, and maintenance were very polite and helpful.
The only downside for me was the gym. It’s pretty small and the treadmill computer was broken so it wouldn’t start.
Overall this was an excellent Four Points and I would definitely stay here again.

Really nice all the way around. Good location and prices, comfortable bedding, free wi-fi. I would have liked a microwave. Still I would stay again. The fitness area was nice and the pool is beautiful. Quiet courtyard too for relaxing any time of day/night.

Booked this room through Priceline name your own price. VERY pleased with the property for the price paid. Beautiful lobby and exterior grounds. Easy, fast check-in. The room was large and clean. Two queen beds with comfortable, quality linens. No problems whatsoever with the A/C, television, or internet. This didn't matter to us, but some might like to know that the bathroom was a bit on the small side. One sink in the same room as shower/bath. It was extremely clean, though with no blemishes, scratches, etc. in the tub or on the counter. The shower had built-in dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We didn't eat at the restaurant on-site. There was a breakfast buffet and continental breakfast for an additional charge which I found pricey considering many hotels include breakfast, and this looked to be no different than the ones offered at other 3+ star hotels. There are a some restaurants a few blocks down the road. We aren't big breakfast people, so this really didn't matter to us. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to others.

My wife and I stayed here during our weekend trip to Chicago to visit family. We stayed in Logan Square for one night to tour the city and we decided to stay at Four Points in the suburbs for one night.
The rooms are actually very nice and the parking is free. What more can you ask for while you stay in the suburbs? Since we are SPG gold members they honored our late checkout and let us checkout by 3pm.
The rooms were clean and the hotel was very quiet!

Room and hotel very clean and comfortable. Booked this hotel because of restaurant and bar on site. Arrived on July 4rd to find out both were closed. Sat in the court yard and watched the fireworks that evening!
