This place is blah. If you want to have your pocket picked, car scratched, or run into a meth hooker in the elevator this hotel is for you. I ended up transferring to holiday inn across the street. Worse hotels in area I’m sure but I was not impressed.

This hotel is close to the casino and to the falls and has lots of parking. We stayed here for three nights during the off-season and it was a good hotel. The staff were nice, efficient and the rooms were clean and large. Also enjoyed the bar and the bartender.

I usually try to stay 2 or 3 times a year at 4 nights each time I stay. When I arrived on Oct 23rd it was well before the time to check in. They held my bags and luggage and I went and got something to eat. Got a call and was told my room that I requested was available and I came back and got into my room and they were nice enough to leave a mini fridge for me in the room.
I loved how they renovated the hotel and I enjoyed playing at the Arcade. The laundry room was being renovated too. But that was ok as I went to Lundy's lane and did my laundry over there.
This time I got a different room but same style which was perfectly fine. This time it had what I believe to be different channels than the one I had last time I was there. I loved their whirlpool and I spent a lot of time in the pool area.
The housekeeping staff do an amazing job and I love the signs on the door where one says about to not be disturbed to the other side saying how the room needs to be cleaned.
Left my room and right away it was clean and I even ordered in Pizza and it didn't even take long which was fantastic.
The front end staff are amazing as well as i saw a lot of them helping visitors find the best places to go in Niagara and I was even able to get some change without walking around Niagara looking for a store. I didn't try their coffee section or even their convenience store items.
But one thing is for sure I did enjoy my time there and I hope to be able to come back in 2018.

Rooms were basic but clean and modern. Duvets are covered with clean sheets, which is very important to me, beds and pillows are soft and comfy. Kids had fun in the arcade and the pool was clean and well maintained. Great value, would be better with breakfast offered.

Hubby found this spot and it was just ok. No fridge or microwave in the room.( I did hear the owner is considering adding these as there is definitely room. No breakfast either. ( I don't think we'll be back) The coffee bar in the lobby charge three times higher than Tims!! Saw no customers there! The beds were very good and the rooms were good and clean and a good size. The hallways however need vaccuming and shampooing. People appreciate a hotel that cares about it's facility.
