Dirty, poorly maintained, insects. This place has it all.
On the positive side the a/c works and if you’re just passing through you’ll have lots of incentive to get moving quickly.
There’s a lot of other options around here so give this one a pass.

My husband nor I would shower. Dirt in the bottom of the bath tub like you wouldn't believe! We'll be staying a Motel 6 with our dog from now on. There were stains on the comforters that I wouldn't set anything on, not even our suitcases.

Wow. What great improvements to all the rooms.
They got new furniture and have upgraded the entire hotel. This has to be a total transformation and costs are high.
I'm glad that management listened to our trip advisors suggestions.

I am appalled at the not only the state of our room but also the service that we received at this red roof inn. My fiance and I stay at red roof inns between Texas and Ohio at least 4 times a year and we have never had such a terrible experience. The man at the front desk would not get off his cell phone while trying to book us a room. He then proceeded to place us in a smoking room after I specifically said non-smoking. He refused to use my redi account and then was rude to my fiance when he went back to ask again for a non-smoking room. The room we were in had chips out of the walls, half of the light fixtures were not working, there were large stains on the bed, puddles of water on the floor, and roaches in the bathroom. We will never stay at that disgusting joke of a hotel ever again.

My family and I were needing a place to stay overnight. Saw the Red Roof right off the interstate and figures this would be a decent place to stay as most Red Roof Inns are typically decent. WRONG. The place was absolutely Filthy, there was hair on the bedding, the tub was so gross ( has it even been cleaned within a year???) Whoever did the remodel work needs to keep their day job. I mean, you would be better off pitching a tent on the side of the road or staying in your vehicle to say the least!! Absolutely absurd they are still in business
