We were here for a late night event at a close by place. Booked it using booking.com @148.18 for a 4 bed room. The rate for that room for the weekend was $90. WE DIDNOT even stay.
NOT EVEN A PARTIAL REFUND AFTER 4 followups and empty promises.
Avoid like the plague!!!

I've read hundreds of reviews here on TripAdvisor and have myself stayed in the full range of hotels from amazing to downright terrible. This was the first time I felt compelled to join TripAdvisor to write a review of my own.
There are quite a few mentions of dirty rooms in the many pages below. When I checked in the bedspread was suspiciously rumpled however the actual linens on the bed looked clean enough. Likewise the bathroom had no glaring deficiencies (though I didn't use the shower so can't attest to the hot water situation mentioned by many others). The edges of the carpet looked like they could use a more thorough vacuuming but overall I can't say the room was "dirty."
That being said..... The hotel seemed deserted. I stayed there to attend a concert at the adjacent Patriots Theater. Normally hotels adjacent to venues are full of fans going to the show. I didn't see a single other fan let alone guest. The giant dimmed spaces (it was obviously a convention center in its prime) reminded me of one of those "dead malls" photos. Check-in seemed to take an inordinately long time and the clerk, while not rude, was far from friendly. The connected parking garage is not managed by the hotel so that is an extra expense. The clerk mentioned street parking was free on the weekend. It's not a good part of town though and I was afraid to leave my car on the street so I chose the garage. Frankly though I didn't feel great about parking there either as it was, like the hotel, completely deserted.
Emblematic of the general run-down and depleted nature of the hotel are the lack of "do not disturb" door hang signs and note pads/pens in the rooms. I realize these are little things. But they are basic amenities and when housekeeping came around in the morning rapping on the door with their keys (waking me up) I wasn't too happy.

Excellent WiFi access. Easy walking distance to all downtown attractions. location, service at frontdesk.It was all very much to my liking and found the property very comfortable along with a few thrown in thoughtful extras. Thank you guys for such a pleasant stay!!

well there stuff is very rude...they robed me and my husbands room... went out for dinner we came back all our money an items was gone.. i was very hurt an i told them an they did not care at all an they asked us to leave..my heart hurt very bad.. now we are very scared to stay at a hotel again very sad...an the rooms was very dirty an i asked them to clean it up for me an me an my husband left for dinner an we came back an was robed...still so hurt

We had family visiting us from SFO hence we decided to take a last minute trip to Sesame Place . The location and the $ value was surprising . Nice spacious rooms... the staff SANDY and Kay both were very welcoming and accommodating. We were very happy and satisfied with our trip. Victor the GM was very professional. Humble request please get the STAFF UNIFORMS.
