I‘m traveling in Changsha with my family , my friends recommended this hotel, the location is very good you can find it easily, the room was
very clean and comfortable , the power panel just a little bit hard to find . . i'm very like the 2F Cafe restaurant , so many kind of foods
like the Western , Chinese and Sushi ,and the price is reasonable ...

We had a mid high-floor room which was very spacious and clean. The Wi-Fi speed was excellent. Overall hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We also tried the international buffet dinner in their restaurant. They had a wide spread of local and international food.

This was my second stay at this hotel and I am happy to recommend it.
My client arranged and paid for the hotel and I was in a very high standard of room. All facilities were very good, cleanliness was excellent and the space was great.
Breakfast catered for all tastes, no complaints there. I even had an opportunity to use the pool. Not the biggest in the world, but perfectly adequate.
Their on site buffet lunch was extensive and something available for every taste.
I'd be happy to stay here again when in Changsha.

Extremely comfortable rooms with all amenities, wide an well decorated. You will forget everything when you lie in bed after taking your shower: all you will need is to watch the TV and sleep. When you wake up, you find the luxurious buffet breakfast waiting for you and you can enjoy your favorite drink in the lobby bar

The hotel itself isn't bad.
Staff is super friendly and helpful as much as they can. However their level of English is poor, so forget to make arrangements or get some answers by phone from your room.
Better come downstairs to the front desk to have a spoken English / body language conversation.
The breakfast isn't bad but mainly focused on Chinese dishes so as foreigner u won't have much choices ...
Rooms are clean but noisy as the traffic is never ending and honking cars keep you awake, even your staying in the upper floors.
I was on the 15th floor and the tragic in the night was clearly to hear.
The restrooms in the lobby area are disgusting!
Smoking indoors isn't a problem and there are many smokers in the lobby - bar/cafe
Around the hotel are mostly bank branches so you may have a 15-20min walk to get to some restaurants or you eat at the hotel restaurants for a higher price level.
